I was in dire straits when my brother informed me he needed a last minute, late night ride from the PGH airport to my mom's house for the holiday. I was under the weather, and he could not secure a confirmed ride from the typical ride share companies due to the last minute and after midnight arrival. I was thrilled when my search for last minute airport transportation connected me to Reliant. Not only was George, my contact who answered a direct dial available, but also he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and funny. I was able to secure the ride for my brother immediately, and the fare was remarkably fair! I received updates on the pickup and delivery of my sibling and feel confident that Reliant has a solid service for typical and unique transportation needs. My brother, who is a world traveler, said that George has a clean car, was on time, didn't fall asleep at the wheel, knew shortcuts, engaged in yinzer babble, and declined an additional tip as I had already settled the bill. Reliant was one of those companies. The first company (Integrity) responded within an hour of the request being made on 20 July. Waited a few days and received no response from Reliant for a quote. There was a huge crack in the windshield. The driver got out in sneakers and a hoodie not professional in any way. The limo was in dire need of extreme cleaning and sanitation. The cooler that held soft drinks was filthy with old soda with dirty tops of the cans and god knows what else. Floors needed a good vacuum and the old leather seats had cracks all over from neglected leather treatment. The smell that came out of this vehicle was similar to mothballs. Black duck tape was used all over this limo holding everything together. All of the doors where not able to open (safety hazard). Needless to say we canceled our wine tour for our Bride and Birthday Girl. I would not recommend this company for anything unless you want an 1999 limousine that has not been cared for. When the limo showed up the limo driver, Luke, said that there was not any alcohol in the limo. Luke was late to pick us up. Luke had to make multiple stops at gas stations due to a pounding grinding sound in the limo. Luke said the suspension has a bad air leak. The limo was loud and vibrated terribly during the whole trip. Unsure why this limo would have been used if there was already knowledge that there was a bad leak in the suspension. The driver was not dressed professionally. The driver was unable to assist with connecting cell phones to the Bluetooth to allow for playing music as he did not know the name of the Bluetooth. Once we were able to determine the Bluetooth name on our own, Luke provided two different passwords as he was unsure what the actual password was to connect. Luke reached out to me asking what the address location was for pick up as "his paperwork has nothing" as to where to pick up and drop off despite providing the details prior to the trip. Be prepared to bring your own cooler, portable Bluetooth music player and trash bags to clean up the limo!
