The providers are good at what they do. The rest of the staff needs Serious work on customer service. The receptionists do NOT PRIORITIZE PATIENTS WITH APPOINTMENTS. Walk ins and appointments treated the same. The provider told me they have NO IDEA who has an appointment or is a walk in. Their scheduling for appointments online is terrible at best and the early checkin is just as bad. Two visits in a row a week apart and same results. I will give them one more chance to fix the issues. read more

Recently went there for care and most staff was professional. There was one specific older African American woman working that day that changed her attitude behind closed doors when no one else was around into violence & rudeness. Upon being seen I was taken back decently quick. Got checked in, when I went to get imaging done there was the African American lady with graying in color dread locs who was nice at first when she was around the person I came in with and other doctors but when she took me to the X-ray room she was rude pushing my injury around violently and asked "why can't I move my injury into the position," that she was asking. She threw the piece that they use to mark which side of the body they're imagining as well. I'm not sure if she thought I was a young teen because I look young but I'm almost in my thirties. After coming out of the room she was ongoing with her rudeness saying you can go back to whatever room you came from. Then a little before my X-ray came back she popped her head in trying to see if I said anything to any of the staff or who I was with. Which I did. Now I am here writing this review for the public. This is the scary part that people go through with healthcare workers behind closed doors until or if they're caught. This lady needs to be fired for her unprofessionalism, ego, and opinion on the workplace. read more

Took my toddler to be seen for a blistering looking rash on his ear. He was seen right away but was told it's probably a reaction to hair products, detergent, or something around the house. Informed them that he was running a fever 2 days before the rash, and she continued to state it was just a rash. A few hours later, after washing my son's hair and giving him an oatmeal bath. I noticed his tongue was white, so I asked him to say ahhh and noticed these bumps in the back of his throat. I immediately took him to the ER, and he was diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth. I won't be taking my child there again. They didn't bother to conduct a thorough exam. If she had checked him properly, I wouldn't have wasted my time and money there. read more

The PA here should have his license revoked. Took my daughter here with a 3 day worsening cough and he blamed it on allergies (that she doesn't have) after looking at her for about 20 seconds. He then said "we'll just call it a cold" when I told him she didn't have allergies like this. He then gave her a fistful of prescriptions to cover cough from the common cold and allergies. 48 hours later still worsening and confirmed RSV in her classmates. read more

I really really really appreciate these Doctors here so much. Every time I've came here they have resolved all issues I've had unlike my previous PCP or ER visits where they just prescribe you ibuprofen. They are really knowledgeable and care about making "you" better. It's how your PCP should be. read more

My wife went there feeling ill, thinking she might have covid, they tested her charged 150 dollars and diagnosed with a uri which needs antibiotics but didn't prescribe any antibiotics, so wth. Piss poor treatment if someone needs antibiotics prescribe them thats your job not just to collect money, save your money and time and go somewhere else that actually cares about the patients and not the money. I went in and was having some problems, the staff there was so sweet and amazing! I was all alone and had my two toddlers with me. When I needed to go to the ER, they assured me over and over that everything was going to be ok, and one nurse even went to the hospital to help me with my kids. This place is horrible. The nurses are lazy and the front desk help acts like they have a second grade education. I have taken my kids there more than once but since I have never been there for myself, they can't be bothered to look up my insurance information from my kids history so I can be seen. I took my 82 year old mother here cuz she had hit the side of her foot on the chair as she was getting out of the shower and 3or4 days later she was still complaining about it hurtin her. I couldn't get my mom an appt for another week cuz of the holidays so I decided to bring her to Integrity Urgent Care. Long story short the PA took an xray and said that my mom broke a bone on the top of her foot above her arch. I was puzzled cuz it was here pinky toe that she had hit and was complaining about. The PA told me that the pinky toe wasn't broken at all. They put her in a boot and then released her. I had already made her an appt on Dec. 26th with her foot doctor. When we went they took another xray and he showed us that the top of her foot was not broken. Her pinky toe and the one next to it was broken! So he put her back in the boot and he's gonna ck it again on the 28th of Jan so we can see if it's healed. Integrity Urgent Care is apparently a bandaid station! Your feet carry you everywhere so it's important that they are taken care of! SMH read more

I love this urgent care! The place is always clean, staff is always friendly, and the service is quick! Better yet, you can make an appointment online! They send you text messages with appointment reminders, information about your care, and so on. Coolest thing ever! We are a military family....I would rather go to this clinic, pay the fees for prescriptions, than to wait for our clinic to open, just to see if there are any appointments available. We have seen different doctors each time we have been, but they are all friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this clinic to everyone! So I want to start by saying this is the Urgent Care facility I use for both me and my 2 yr old. I haven't had any complaints until now. I took my son in around 330/4pm February 13th, 2019 because he was sent home from daycare for a 102.3 fever, not participating in activities and not wanting to eat or drink fluids. I was a concerned mother so took him. He was tested dor the flu and found to be negative. I was sent home with a med I never heard of so thought it was going to help. I look it up to find its for allergies pretty much. I have been rotating tylenol/motrin every 4 hrs and it is been a little over 24 hrs since seen and his fever keep coming back. I call and ask if they can prescribe a antibiotic and they want me to come back in charge me for a whole other visit in order to do so. I dont feel this is right at all. Im calling the very next day saying what they gave isnt helping. I may consider another urgent care after this. Very upset cause as a single mom even using his dads insurance. I have to pay for everything. I cant afford 2 visits in 2 days. I dont feel that is right at all. read more

The front desk staff was such a big help with getting my coverage information. The rest of the visit made the reason being there not so bad. They were patient and saw me promptly. Took my son in for a suspected ear infection as he was recovering from a cold. The front desk attendant was efficient, likable and kind but the glass on the doors to the back were completely smeared with fingerprints and this was not very reassuring. The wait was not too long but the back room was also dirty - I thought maybe all the scuff prints on the exam table were permanent stains but being a mom, I had a wet wipe and wiped it off- filthy! Also the paper on the table was totally crumpled from the last patient (I pulled it up and over to cover with clean paper). The Doc/PA we saw was friendly but said my sons ear drum had busted and would need steroids in addition to antibiotics. He also did not examine him further (no listening to the lungs or heart, palpating lymph nodes, nothing). Needless to say, I got my son in to his primary physician the next day before giving him the steroids and she says you couldn't even see the eardrum bc of all the wax- after she cleaned it out she said it was infected but not busted. No steroids for him. I would not recommend this place. If you do go bring lots of hand sanitizer- yikes! read more
