The lady doing my neck examination had an assistant checking my ankles with a pressure cuff. The assistant, instead of lowering my ankles down after picking them up, just dropped them back to the table. The first time, I thought it was a mistake until she did the second one and then dropped it as well to the table. RUDE! It was not appropriate and hurt my legs and ankles. The medical staff working were mostly professional in completion of their job. This visit left me irritated with several issues and less than likely to return in the future. January2022: 4: I received a call from this business last year and decided to book an appointment because I wanted to pay for a second opinion on my health care status. The location was a local community service center adjacent to a church. I arrived early, but I was not seen in a timely fashion, but was in communication with the workers the whole time. So instead of talking time to talk to me at all they kinda just pushed me out with a business card saying scan this and make an appointment. They didn't even confirm that they got my primary's orders. So I had to call my primary in the parking lot because she didn't even know that they are appointments only. I told the person who answered the phone that before making an appointment. But at the end of the appointment, I was told there was no one present who could administer an IV. I understand doctors do not normally insert IVs but he wasn't capable especially if it's an IV therapy location? I was charged nearly $100 on top of my deductible for a COVID test which I wasn't told before the test was done. I've never been charged that much for a COVID test. Even though I asked about the charge and told him my copay amount, they still overcharged me which wasn't discovered until I asked for an itemized receipt. It took them many hours to issue the partial refund.
