so the past while even on heavier deliveries they bring it into the building, only once were 2 light packages left outside my apt door all deliveries indicate 'mobility issues please bring this upstairs' - i've had many deliveries since my last review so take that into consideration they mostly didn't weigh much, so be it i would go downstairs, retrieve the packages today i updated amazon for the delivery of a package, it shows it was delivered 5 hrs ago but no intelcom email with proof of delivery i call their csr, the girl promptly goes into the system and retrieves the picture, emails it to me attached the driver didn't buzz my apt, he didn't even leave it inside the building, he leaves it right outside the builkding which means anyone passing by on the street can steal it is anyone else tired of incompetent drivers who can't do the basics ? if they leave it inside the building there's only a small chance of theft - outside means the odds go up "Achraf" is indicated as the delivery man - and i'd like to take a moment to tell him how profoundly stupid he is that he isn't competent enough to buzz my apartment to gain entry into the building and leave it inside more clearly: Achraf - i'd fire you - it's because of people like you that refuse to do the least amount possible to ensure safe delivery that package theft happens all the time the csr told me she'd send a notification about the driver leaving it outside but 1) i'm reasonably certain it's to pacify me that something on their end is being done regarding the driver and 2) even if it's true, it won't make any difference per the picture both packages are for me read more

It never fails....one of the reasons why I use Amazon is because of its fast delivery. However using Intelcom/Dragonfly always gives false "delivery attempted" happens every delivery from them. I am here in my office and right at the door (also a sign on the door) no delivery was attempted. " notifications, and no customer service, when going on their web sight you cannot speak to anyone. Master Destroyers of the Amazon Experience! I will not speak of just one experience, but of the totality of bad experiences with this company. Orders do not arrive on time, and no one takes the trouble to check the hours and days when packages can be received (they are clearly indicated on Amazon's site, and I have entered them multiple times on Intelcom's site). Packages are abandoned wherever they shouldn't be left, even if the contents are sensitive to temperature or water. They simply don't care and just leave them behind. This is the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of receiving "services" from. I truly hope Amazon replaces them soon, because all the effort Amazon puts into creating a good customer experience is ruined by these incompetents. They just don't care! They took a package from ChitChat for the last part of his journey in Québec province. My sister being hospitalized following the death of her daughter a month ago, I stay at her house in the meantime. As she had fraudulent activities on her credit card as well, she made a list of packages to accept and some to refuse. I refused a small packet by mistake but called Intelcom within the next 15 minutes. After putting me on hold for a while, Walter from Intelcom reassured me that the package would be redelivered before the end of the day. It was not! The following morning around 8, I called back to make sure the package would be redelivered as promised. This time, Rose from Intelcom put me on hold only to tell me afterwards that the package had been returned (unusually quickly she added) to sender. It was my mistake from the start as we are all pretty distraught these days. But, Intelcom has not tried to reach me to update about the change. They just ignored it. That is a company that just DOESN'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS! read more

At least one in four deliveries does not happen with intelcom. They have a great notification system for the delivery but are lacking the ability to actually finish the job contrary to their notification system. They should pay more attention to drivers and hire a few more. Also they should fire all the managers who are unable after all this time to fix an obvious problem. 0 stars! Run! don't even think about using this company. I have had a small pickup scheduled and rescheduled for pickup for over 2 weeks. Every time they reschedule it automatically. I contacted them through email and the person said they will lodge a complaint against the driver for not showing up. That was after the second pickup that was scheduled. Well three missed pickups later nothing is being done except rescheduling. I have lost several days of vacation from my work to wait for them needlessly at home. If you ever plan a return from Amazon prime just do it yourself and save yourself the trouble and the hassle. read more

This is the worst courier company in this country. Amazon uses them for Prime service, and all you have to do is a quick google search to find that they obviously have the worst management/training/pay ever. The delivery drivers are inept at their jobs. Packages frequently do not get delivered and there are bogus delivery attempts recorded on the tracking. I called Intelcom 1-800 # after a false delivery attempt was recorded, and they had no way of getting ahold of the courier. Told me to call the local office and gave me a random number to call. That person also couldn't reach the courier, but said my package would be delivered that night. It wasn't. And one more full business day has passed and still no package. Another useless thing they do is attempt to deliver to downtown businesses on evenings and weekends. Horrendous. I wish I could give zero stars. read more

Despite the status package never delivered. There was not even an attempted delivery as you need to call the flat owner to enter the building. I received no such calls for the supposed delivery date. I contacted the customer service three times, and each time the representative was hanging up on me with the notice that the resolution will come 24 hours later. It never did. I do business with them since 2015 at the begining the service was very poor with unprofessional employee,package left every where,they don't even ring at the door they just running and no good service. But now since over a year they improved a lot,now the package is on time with very polite employee and they wait until you get to the door now and they send you an e-mail 3 hours prior your delivery. They still need to improve the way they hire driver and have to make sure they don't hire a stupid or dangerous criminal because they use to hire anybody with out good back ground check. I can not believe the horrible "service" that I have received (or not received) from this company. I sat at home the entire day waiting for my Amazon Prime package to arrive. After staying on hold and leaving my number, I did not hear back from them, and still haven't, over an hour later. Then I received an email from Amazon saying that they attempted delivery and that I wasn't home. This was a flat out lie. I have been home, have security camera access to the front of my building. This company didn't even make an attempt to deliver. I contacted Amazon, who put me on hold so they could contact the company and they couldn't even get through. Worst delivery service. I had a "guaranteed" delivery date of July 18 2018 and it is now the evening of July 20 2018 and it is still not arrived! There tracking online has said its out for delivery for the last 24 hours. Amazon.ca does nothing except tell you it should arrive " today" everyday you phone them. The company says they'll contact the warehouse and get right back to you (was told this 9am this morning) then no one calls you back. Because of this, and several other similar instances over the last 8mos of late delivery, I will be cancelling my prime membership with amazon who refuses to rectify this issue despite several "investigations". This item I am currently waiting for is for my insulin pump and was medically necessary and I've had to scramble at the last minute to obtain the item at a premium and last minute. Hate to even give this "company" one star! An attempt, supposedly, was made to deliver my package on a Thursday. No notification was left as to where I could pick up package or phone to call about my package. When you call ANY of their phone #'s you're lucky to get someone to pick up. When someone EVENTUALLY answers, a good 20-30 mins after being on hold, they transfer you to a different person & then you get hung up on or you don't even get to speak to a person. You leave a message & they DON'T call you back! I would expect another attempt to be made Friday as stated on the tracking info on-line. HOWEVER, I was told the package would not be delivered till Saturday?!!! I was NOT able to find out if I could pick up the package as either I was hung up on or my numerous messages NEVER received a call back. Also, if you do get a phone # IT IS BOGUS!!! I have NEVER had a package delivered on a Saturday, except around the Xmas season. So I call BS on this info. I needed this item for a trip which I will be leaving for ON Saturday. I do hope Amazon reviews this companies inadequacies, & consumers negative comments, and goes with a courier that is reputable & can be contacted by customers & given the service consumers deserve. I would sooner pay a little more to get good customer service. I will have to rethink my purchases from Amazon if they continue with courier. Too bad. I loved shopping with Amazon.
