They could not work on our VW because they didn't have the proper tools. They referred us to the local dealer. We prefer to deal with local businesses rather than corporate. Found Euro Motors on Yelp. Euro had great reviews so I called. They got us in very quickly,diagnosed the problem. When we went to pick up the VW Andre took the time to show us exactly what transpired that caused the leak, checked the serpentine belt and all the hoses. After inspection, I was advised to do a coolant flush and replace the control arms. I agreed and paid over $4,100 upfront. They completed some work (tires were replaced), but told me they would call when the control arms arrived. They never did. Five months later, I returned to follow up. I was told the parts I had already paid for were used on another customer's car without notifying me. I rescheduled the repair, came back, and was told the control arms were replaced. The technician claimed the job was completed, test drove the car, and even showed me "old parts." I checked under the car and found the original control arms still installed (rusty and clearly not recently replaced). The parts shown to me were not from my vehicle. When I confronted them, staff acknowledged the issue and provided a written note stating I would receive a refund. Since then, I've been given repeated delays and excuses (manager not available, system issues, "machine needs a code," etc.), and no refund has been issued. I was charged for a repair that, based on my inspection, was not performed, despite being told it was completed. At this point, I have initiated a dispute with my bank and will escalate further if necessary. Double check any work done on your vehicle before leaving this shop.

Daniel was kind enough to squeeze me into their busy schedule after I missed the appointment I had made (which I still feel awful about!). There was a small spot for me to hang out and work during install. My "upgraded" factory Dodge stereo is not capable of blowing my bumping new Alpine R speakers. George his Detailer installed new leather seats I had purchased to replace the old one that had cracked. I thought I could do that job myself but when I read about how detailed it is with the connected airbags and the seat disassembly I decided to call a professional. Drakes gave a great quote and they did fantastic work. I even had them do a showroom detail while I was there and the car now looks like it just came off the lot. With the replacement seats up front and the newly cleaned and conditioned rear it looks amazing. I just need to break the front seats in a bit because I had not removed them from the box to let them flatten. By the way Blanca the leather seamstress does incredible work. Before you buy anything online to install you should stop to see what she can do. It's very reasonably priced and exceptional quality. For the exterior George was great! His buffing detail was amazing and he even touched up a couple of paint chips with the tiny little brushes that he has. A gentleman stopped by to get gas at the adjoining Sunoco service station and he walked over to see how my car was turning out. He had a 2014 Chevy SUV that was black like mine with heavy oxidation. He couldn't believe how new my paint looked after the claybar and buff. And it was even before the full wax. He said he'll be back next week.
