We had an amazing experience working with Inter Valley Escrow when buying our home. The primary person that we dealt with was Lina Choi from the Glendale branch under Erik Okland. We had a pretty challenging escrow process and here's how Lina made this as smooth as possible. 1. Lina was our primary contact from start to finish. She prepared all the escrow documents and made sure all the signature sections were clearly marked 2. Her emails are pleasant and also to the point. She made sure we understood exactly what was required of us throughout each step. 3. I called Lina many times to ask questions and she was always super helpful and never sounded irritated. Trust me on this because I bombarded her with a ton of questions since I'm a first time home buyer with no clue what I'm doing. 4. Her responses were also very quick and it's usually me that's holding up the process because Lina's super on the ball. 5. There was also an instance where we needed to get certain documents notarized by a public notary, which Lina is certified to do and she went above and beyond the call of duty to help us out with that. 6. There was a document where there was an outstanding debt from two owners ago for our home and she was able to track it down and make sure we were not responsible for that. Again cannot state how detailed oriented she is. Nothing gets by her. 7. Even after we closed on the property and escrow was closed. Lina still helped us make sure that we were able to obtain the documentation that the solar panels were paid off in full. 8. My wife got along really well with Lina and that made coming into the Escrow office to sign like 100+ pages of documents more enjoyable and pleasant.
