The doctor was supposed to call at 1:30. After repeated calls, the doctor finally called back at 2:45. I foolishly decided to take my mother here as well. We waited an hour and a half before being called in. We saw countless people enter after us but go in before us. As my mother is an incomplete quadriplegic, she always has a nurse with her. The morning nurse's shift ends at 12, meaning we had to leave the office no later than 11:30. I explained this when making the appointment, when we arrived and to the nurse when we finally entered the exam room. They kept saying we would be out in time but they really just ignored us. I knew there was no way a new patient visit with blood being drawn would only take 30 minutes. The nurse became upset when I said all we had time for was the blood work, no vitals, nothing else. None of the paperwork we turned in at the beginning of the visit was read by anyone because the nurse was asking the same exact questions. I was hoping they may have read it during the 1.5 hours we were waiting but no. The doctor didn't seem concerned about the ridiculous wait nor our time restraint and really did not like it when I said his office is very poorly managed.
