So I started seeing Jamie Dhillon today and my experience was great. Jamie is very thorough and professional. It's really hard to find a great primary care physician until today. The waiting room is large and the TV was playing the Adam's Family television show from the 70's. My health is pretty complicated and Jamie is willing to help me out and I'm so Grateful. If you are looking for a quality physician look no further Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable. read more

My review is directly related the care of Dr Dhillon. I have been seeing the good doctor for about 2 years. He is a cardiologist and has successfully treated my atrial flutter. Now I see him long term to ensure cardiomyopathy remains stable. I can't be more pleased with care Dr Dhillon has provided. The fact of the matter is I don't think l can care less what the admin and support staff is doing. This doctor very well could have saved my life and at the least certainly implemented a treatment plan that, Lord willing, is allowing me the an active, productive, quality of life. From the very first visit I felt like he truely cared about what is in my best interest. He speaks to me and not a computer wasting precious time asking questions designed to minimize his risk. A highly competent physician does not have time to treat all of his patients and ask rediculous questions about my home safety. I have felt from the first time we met that his only interest was providing the highest quality of care for me. They may have some admin issues that could be tightened up; however I am more than happy to deal with those relatively minor problems, particularly with the quality of life that allows me do so. Overall I could not rate Dr Dhillon higher in both care, competency, bedside manner and results! Thank you Doctor Dhillon. My wife and children have a spouse and father that is well and has energy to enjoy all of what life offers those that are willing to engage. read more

I have been a patient of Intercommunity Medical Group for approximately 8 years now. I originally had Dr. Johnson who retired a few years ago and now have Dr. Patel. I liked Dr. Johnson, he was a much older doctor who finally retired a few years ago. I found him quite knowledgeable due to many years of experience/wisdom. He really took his time with you as a patient. The downside of the practice was the long wait time on the day of appointment, but when it was your turn you were never rushed. I wasn't sure what to expect from Dr. Patel, but while different doctors both are very good. I have had all positive interactions with Dr. Patel and find he listens, responds promptly to phone calls, and offers referrals as needed. Now I am someone who believes that proper diet and exercise is the cornerstone of good health and am not interested in taking a lot of medicine without trying to get to the root of a problem. For example, blood pressure can often be controlled mitigated by altering diet, increasing exercise, losing weight, etc. I feel that Dr. Patel, as did Dr. Johnson before him, understands this correlation (as all doctors should!) and is encouraging of proper health and lifestyle as the basis for good health. This in turn gives me confidence in my medical care here as I feel the philosophy is sound. My elderly father recently moved to live with me a few years ago and also became a patient of Dr. Patel. My father is in his mid-80's and is still going strong. Now I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars as over the years yes the wait can be long to be seen and it is often hard to get front staff on the phone. However, I have seen an improvement with this in recent years, so that is encouraging read more

Very fustrating for patients, appts. Are 3 months out for anything. When do arrive for an appointment you have wait for 1 hr or more before your seen. It appears they have more patients than they are able to handle. I give it one star because yelp does not offer no stars as a rating. read more

This is the worst doctors office I have ever been into. They are extremely disorganized, the entire office is dingy and dirty, and the specialist I went there to see could not be less interested in providing the care I was needing. He left the practice earlier this year and no one bothered to call me and let me know, so I could promptly find a new specialist. I finally got an appointment with a doctor at Sutter, and I was amazed-the difference was like night and day. Never going back here, even if they are the only ones accepting new patients! read more

Virtually impossible to get anyone on the phone. 72 hour wait minimum for a response if you leave a message.

This place sucks, they schedule appts and the Dr. doesn't even show up for the scheduled appts. You wait 1hr+ just waiting. I don't even want to give a star. read more

Every time I come here I end up waiting 1+ hours to see the Dr this place has no respect for your time but requires you to respect thiers. I schedule appointments for my days off and on several occasions had to leave the office after waiting 1 plus hours in order to make my next appointment. Basicly I waisted my time and gas and did not get to see the Dr. It's time to change providers. read more

Beware of any doctor or dentist using this group to bill insurance. They entered the wrong information on my account, billed the wrong insurance and then my private information was sent to my ex-husband at an address where I have never lived. Total breach of confidentiality. I called to complain and they said they corrected it. Two weeks later it happened again. This time the Office Manager was rude, unapologetic and simply said it was humnan error. Twice???? Sounds more like negligence to me. They clearly don't follow HIIPA law and have no interest in patients right to privacy. The owners, all medical providers of course, should be ashamed. read more

This office is very very disorganized, and was not very clean. The wait times on the phone are very long. The physician I saw requested a refferal for me when I saw him a couple of months ago. To date it still has not been done. I took care of it myself. Not returning to this office. read more

First of all, Dr. Dhillon's office staff has moved to 1261 Travis Blvd. suite 320 in Fairfield. I have been there 3 times for billing related issues, and I've never seen any patients or Dr. Dhillon at the office. The Office Staff is a JOKE! The Billing assistant, is an idiot. When I went into the office, I asked to speak to the person in charge of billing. I was told that person was out of the office, and during my conversation, with the so called billing assistant, she then told me that the person who was in charge of billing was on the phone. When I asked to see this person again, I was told that she ( Belinda) does not see patients. My Insurance has paid all claims In Full, and I received a notice from a collection agency for non payment. I was at the office on June 18, 2015 and showed the billing assistant, all of the explanation of benefits pages ( showing all claims Paid and coinsurance balance of "0"). Because I questioned the competency of the billing dept. and the office staff, the action of Collection was perpetrated upon me as a gesture of harassment. The date of the Collection action was June 23, 2015. Do Not Go To This Office. I will seek legal action against this action of collection. read more

Let me start by saying that I have been very pleased with the medical care provided by my own primary physician, Dr. Mathew Tracy Johnson, as well as the more specialized physicians that have served me at Intercommunity Medical Group, both in Vacaville and Fairfield. It was therefore extremely unfortunate that I had to sever my relationship with these fine physicians due to the incompetence and unresponsiveness of the billing department. I found it impossible to get the billing department to answer the phone and despite repeated messages to return my calls. I tried writing but failed to receive any response. They then had the gall to refer me to a credit collection agency after finally adjusting my bill (by over $900) but failing to notify me of the adjusted amount due. I hate to lose Dr. Johnson, a truly compassionate and competent physician, but the administrative incompetencies make continuing this relationship too difficult. read more
