Since my daughter's primary care physician did not have any availability when needed, my husband and I scheduled an appointment for her at this Walk-in Care Clinic, since they unfortunately do not have one in Fairfield. Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked-in by the staff at the front desk, who seemed friendly enough. Since we arrived quite early, we had a little wait before being called back to be seen. We are pleased by the overall quality of care that our daughter received here. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner who saw our little one were friendly and excellent with our daughter. The nurse practitioner was knowledgable on the various illnesses currently going around and prescribed the appropriate medication for her. Overall, we are thankful that there are walk-in care options when primary care physicians do not have any availability for that given week. However, walk in care unfortunately does not see all types of patient complaints. If you have a sick child, this is definitely a viable option though. read more

I wouldn't recommend coming here with a pretoddler. The staff were all very friendly from frontdesk to nursing. I brought my 2 year old here and I could tell that the provider doesn't typically see little ones from the way they did their exam. I guess ultimately I got what I wanted and the wait wasn't long due to only a few people waiting. I'm just saddened by how poor our medical system is from my regular clinic not having access to take us and how urgent centers typically use midlevels to provide care. This was the fastest appointment I've ever been to in my life. I had clogged ears that have been going on for a while so I booked an appointment on my app for a 5:20 PM appointment. I checked in at 5:18 PM and I was literally done and driving away at 5:28 PM! 10 minutes start to finish! Turned out I had an ear infection. We really like coming to this Sutter Walk-in Urgent Care. It's a little drive over but feel it's worth it. We manage to get the appropriate appointment time that fits our schedule via online. The staff: clinicians, providers, and MAs are normally more patient and approachable. Today we received our flu-shot and we experienced the best service. Check in was fairly painless and the signed paperwork was fast. My daughter and I were in and out after 20 mins or so. Our Medical Assistant, Alexis was personable and professional...she kept my daughter calm and collected. She didn't even flinch when she administered the vaccine via syringe and needle. Alexis explained everything and reassured she would fine. I have came here another time and was examined by Maria, NP and she was easy to talk to and took her time to listen to my ailments, provided insight and resources to assist in alternative therapies. I've never attempted to walk in without an appointment but they almost always have a next day and sometimes day of appointment available. I used to speak highly of this place, now the service is just terrible. Dealing with Samantha at the front desk was just frustrating. She was very rude and seem like she doesn't want to help. My son came in for fevers and coughing. It's ridiculous that they prescribe cough meds and asthma meds when that's what he's been taking all week and wasn't working. Then why when I select the reason for why I need to be seen is that an option for this location? If I can't be seen for virus or flu, why is that one of the options related to this location? I went to this walk in clinic because it says.on their website you don't need an appointment. I showed up at 1059, waited 3 minutes for them to open the door for an 11am opening time. I get to the front desk and she tells me we are sorry but we are out of walk in appointments can you come back later. This is extremely frustrating urgent care/walk in clinics are just for that walk in urgent matters. Apparently that does exist since covid. Don't go here unless you have an appt or you won't be seen. Was having trouble hearing out of my left ear and figured it might be because of ear wax build up so I called to make an appointment and they had an opening in just a few days. Was checked in fairly quickly and even got in earlier than my appointment time. They said they would use a solution to flush out the built up wax and it took a few tries because it was really built up but they finally got it out. Now my ear feels so much better. Thank goodness Sutter has a minor injury clinic that I can walk into when I can't get an appointment with my provider. The process is efficient. The office is very clean and well decorated. First of all it is not a walk-in clinic if you walk in they will tell you that their next available appointment is later much much later. I walked in and they didn't have an appointment until five hours later. So I came back was seen. Problem was not resolved and I went back again this time I made an appointment. Upon arriving they told me that they could not see me a second time for the same problem which was a UTI. What's really unprofessional is the fact that I made that appointment and they did not bother to tell me that I could not be seen for the same problem two times. Not only that the staff is unprofessional and does not listen to you when you are talking to them trying to communicate what is wrong. I would just recommend another clinic since you have to make an appointment there and it's not really a walk-in clinic at all! read more

This Place is absolutely Great, It is a new Walk In Clinic from Sutter, It takes the need to go up to the Main Clinic on Mason St. I went in to get a flu Shot . I was dreading it being I had a horrible experience at an urgent care earlier trying to get a Covid test. being my test came back negative I was able to schedule an appointment online and get my flu shot. I walked in to a clean and cool facility that is brand new. I was immediately greeted by a person at the reception desk , even though she was busy took a second to make sure I was greeted and had me checked in. After getting paperwork done in the lobby I was taken back to a room where I was administered my flu shot I was in and out in quick fashion , this clinic is amazing and they are very accommodating. read more

I am usually not the type to complain, but I had made an appointment apparently for something they don't do. The receptionist rudely just checked me in instead of letting me know they don't do what I needed done. The medical assistant took my temperature and everything without telling me they don't do what I needed done, and she seemed as though she didn't know what she was doing....wasted my time completely. Then when the nurse practitioner came in she said "we don't do that so what did you expect to get out of this?" which I felt was very rude and unprofessional. She then proceeded to tell me I need to just got to urgent care. My son received a sports physical on Monday at this facility. The NP Karla Plascencia did not sign due to my son having an ankle injury and needed a letter from his primary doctor to release him. Received the letter and spoke to the NP and told me she would not be back until wed at the VV office so end up fax the letter at 12:30 to her at the Sacramento office and stressed that my son needs it signed on the same day. So he is able to play the following day. She waited until 6:55 pm to sign it and faxed it to the VV office. I call and tell them I can pick it up but they refuse due to closing at 7. Then the receptionist tells me on the phone your breaking up I can't hear you and hung up. My phone is perfectly fine spoke to all these people since Monday and never told me they had a problem hearing me.I call customer service due to multiple people saying it will be emailed to you and you don't have to pick it up. Miscommunication, bad costumer service, and I just don't know how an adult that has a profession to help people would lie to me! I had to tell customer service over and over details by now you would think it would be in notes. Not professional and they think it's okay to lie to you!
