Don't come here unless you want to wait an hour for your appointment only to be put into a room for less than 5 minutes to have the doctor roll her eyes at you like your concerns are ridiculous or invalid and tell you they can't help you and then to be charged 45 dollars. I made an appointment to get a nexplanon same day and it was pretty fast and easy they missed my condoms and bag of birth control symptoms i'll be going through due to the mental break i had that made me succumb to having the thing but it's okay cause i didn't want to see the pamphlet anyways since i was already a prior user of nexplanon and know what i'm getting into. I went here today to get a Pap smear done. I had an appointment for 2:50. I get there early and check in. Wait a few minutes to be sat in the exam room. I waited for the doctor for 2 hours and finally just decided to leave. I don't understand the point of making an appointment if I'm not even going to be seen anywhere near that time. I hope front desk, specifically the hispanic woman with black curly hair and black glasses learns how to treat young women or people in general more kind. A lot of people come here because they're afraid of judgment or because they can't go any where else. With that being said I went for what I hoped an ultrasound- she immediately said "we don't do that kind of service". Sorry what? My family literally had one done not that far back at this same location. This is my first pregnancy and she couldn't have been more rude and dismissive. She then said, "Well we don't have room to reschedule a more complicated appointment for today but I can reschedule you one for Monday." Okay great not sure what she means by "complicated" but she then tells me that she'll quote me $85 for an ultrasound, I proceeded to tell her I have no insurance and I'm currently unemployed with 0 income and she just stared at me with a blank face and then says, "well you could've just find out how pregnant you are from the last day of your last period." Excuse me what? I clearly don't know which is why I want an ultrasound. I left immediately feeling so embarrassed and frustrated. I really had hoped that you would treat your clients with more sincerity and come off more gentle. I will not recommend any young woman coming here and I'll definitely never come back. DO BETTER. Went here for a pregnancy test and to apply for Family PACT and got that plus the choice to also test for STI's! The entire experience was smooth and every staff member I met treated me professionally and kindly--they explained everything I needed to know and asked for my consent/level of comfort every step of the way. Don't know why there are a lot of negative ratings. I had a wonderful experience! Did a walk-in no appointment because it was packed online. I was told people book and don't even show up! I went early in the morning. Walked in and there was no wait. I was the only one in there. Treated with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and very non-judgmental. I was helped very fast and was out in about 20 minutes. Very sweet ladies work in there! I had my appointment scheduled & when i walked in & get check in they tell me that they won't be able to see me because they're an hour behind. I mean... what the actual fck? If you have the option to go to a different location doit. I came in for a exam because I was having on and off symptoms and the medical assistant said if I wasn't having any symptoms that day they weren't going to do a manual exam. I've never heard of a medical office do that. How do you deny someone that's been having symptoms for about a little over a week You're letting patients leave without being checked out that can lead to a worse infection. I got there and there was little girl protestors on the street which didnt affect me too much it was just sad. all of the staff was super nice and patient with me. I will say they were playing Mean Girls and that was just making it a better experience. When I went to the back, I voiced concerns and how I didn't feel good & I was literally treated like a princess from the staff, they monitored me closely and made sure I was good to go when I wanted to leave. My first and only visit thus far was a few months ago but these reviews are so bad I figured I should leave my own. My visit was pretty great, everyone was very friendly and because of COVID a lot of the questioning was done over the phone waiting for my appointment to start. I was super confused with what I had to do to take my sample but the employees were very friendly to me and explained it over and over again until I got it. The OB was super nice and did a great job of listening to me and I was in and out of there relatively fast. One thing that has stood out to me to this day was the questions they ask to make sure that you are safe in your relationship. Of course this is probably a standard for Planned Parenthood but nonetheless it made me feel very cared for as a then 16-year-old on her first trip to Planned Parenthood. It really sucks that there are always protestors standing outside, bothering the workers and patients especially when it's likely that a majority of services that are provided aren't even abortions. Mine wasn't, and I bet a lot of patients are also seeking other (equally) SUPER helpful and necessary services. read more

This location is compleately dis organized. My apt was at 5:10 I showed up at 5pm only to be told to wait outside I get it. Here it is 6:15 I still hadn't received a call from planned parenthood! After checking to see where I am in line the gentleman who checked in after me was called before me. They are so behind today that if I didn't need the apt I would have went somewhere else! I don't normally write reviews but I didn't feel welcomed at all it almost felt like they wanted me to reschedule the eta time given to me was an hour off! I've never seen this location in this shape. As I write the letter it is now 630 I still haven't been called to the back after scheduling an apt. Somewhere along the line the process isn't working they even had me come back and sit after asking me to wait outside how bizzare this not the first time this has happened at this location on another occasion I came to my apt, this location was extremely closed the nurses were outside telling people that they had to shit down and they called I didn't receive a message ITS NEVER THE RIGHT TIME TO DO THE WRONG THING! read more
