A great selection of products...many you don't find elsewhere. The store owner is very knowledgeable and will special order any product for you if it's not on the shelf (as long as it's a company she can order through. Produce is fresh and usually lasts longer than what I get at the grocery store. I highly recommend checking out this hidden gem! read more

This is a gem of a store! The level of care and attention give to the curation of the products they carry is unsurpassed. In the sea of touristy schlock that is Sedona retail, this store is a breath of fresh air. If you are intent on consuming ethical and high quality food, this is the place to go. Also, on a side note, they give a big discount on perishables that are within a day or two of hitting their sell by date. This is huge. 30% of food in grocery stores ends up in the trash. By giving a discount towards end of official shelf life, they are creating a win-win - shoppers get a good price on what is often otherwise relatively expensive and the food doesn't go to waste. This is such a nice, little health food store with friendly and helpful staff and owner. They offered locals discounts during Covid, have specials and always acommadate whateever request I have.. the other day they helped me choose plastic free packaging. Its always a more pleasant quick stop for a snack than shopping at the other guys. I am glad they are there. My favorite things there that are not offered elsewhere in town at the dried bananas and figs. read more

I love, love, love this natural food store! We were recommended to go there because the staff there are highly intuitive and one of the women there can read your pulse & tell you what's going on with your body and what you need. She also helps you find exactly what it is that your body needs. They have raw cheese! And their products are all just amazing. I'm due to get my favorite cream for this dry dessert skin!! I Love Rinzai's. It's charming with a unique selection of items that you won't find at the large health food retailers. They are my go-to for raw local honey, flower essences and I always find something surprising and wonderful... plus, the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and personal. Cashier was unreasonably rude. Very condescending as if all my questions were irrelevant and Questions were answered with misleading info. I LOVE this place. I've been shopping here for a long time, and since Natural Grocers started discriminating against people with medical conditions, it's the only place I can shop now... it's like a haven to me. It's sad that people who have been brainwashed to wear masks everywhere are complaining about seeing anyone without one in a very hostile way...and have no business in a health food store in the first place. Mask bullies are a real thing, so I appreciate all those who are standing up to this unlawful behavior. If you care about your health, then take off your mask! This place is incredible. I am truly grateful for the options and willingness to place orders if they don't have something on my list. I was surprised to see this called "the usual". I don't post often, but feel compelled to post here. Rinzai is amazing. He's helped me and our family with everything from seasonal allergies to respiratory infections - and even helped me get off of Prilosec for GERD. He can even help by sharing symptoms over the phone and email. Not "the usual" at all. If you believe in healing without antibiotics or western-style medicine, want to try a new approach, and/or just want to live a more healthy life, this is the place. read more

Best ever! It's a small store packed with all the help you'd need to get your health up to specs. I try not to have emergencies but when I do I get my answers there. I trust it's the best of whatever product I'm looking for because the homework has been done for me. Experience really does matter and they are always on the leading edge of what's works in the health field. When my kids need help & I have no idea what to do- I talk to Rinzai & he'll ship them the cure. Brought my man back from the abyss after surgery. Don't have a doctor- this is my pharmacy.
