EarthLove Organic Kitchen appeared promising from its reviews. It also helped that they had more parking availability than other plazas. Also party the reason we ended up there since parking was hard to come by. As an Asian, I gravitated to the Chicken & Kimchi Rice Bowl immediately. The bowl was packed with protein. Not a problem to have... but there was too much sodium in the bowl and only a short line of rice at the very bottom. There was definitely more than just chicken in it. There was also an herb that didn't quite belong making it more Mediterranean tasting than Asian. I also didn't find the kimchi. I doubt there was any actually. Same went for the burrito, it was very protein heavy. Again, not a problem to have but I was seeking balance. I suppose it's not the same for everyone. The lattes were okay. It's the same as any other latte. The service staff were nice and friendly though. Bathroom was located at the far back of the neighboring store. Be prepared that it is a one-stall bathroom. Make sure to knock if it's locked. In my case, I did knock but I guess I wasn't heard cause the person inside just took their time. I really hate to leave a bad review on a local organic place. However, I spent $30 on a very mediocre toast ($20) and a matcha ($10). When we arrived, the worker stated that the coffee machine didn't work, so it was off to a rough start. I ordered the avocado toast with an egg. However, she said the stove was broken so she couldn't make a fried egg but could make scrambled (and still charged me $4 to add it). As I'm writing this, it now makes zero sense unless she didn't know how to make an over medium egg. My friend ordered the same toast, and she ended up throwing hers out because it was so bad. They dumped a copious amount of arugula onto the toast that really overwhelmed it. Once I took it off I was able to eat it. There wasn't really a vibe or ambiance in there but that might have been because they had just opened. I'm really sad because I was looking forward to supporting local and eating at an organic kitchen. They are at least honest with their organic claim, I watched them deliver the food from Veritable Vegatables, which is the nation's oldest organic produce distributor. read more

This is the best food in the state of Arizona. The chef Perry has created some of the most incredible dishes I've had and I'm a foodie, tasting all the yummy dishes across the world. Lauren was lovely and guided us through the menu and reminded us they use organic ingredients as much as possible and never cook with any seed oils! The stew was amazingly delicious with bison bone broth! The chicken bowl was so good with home made kimchi. The salmon bowl was cooked to perfection. The cafe mocha had cacao and organic espresso. The food was not as good as I'd hoped it would be. The cashier/ baristas were very nice, but the food service was not very good. They gave us a pager to let us know when our food was going to be done but it never went off. When we headed back to the cafe for our food, the cook had already finished our food and was sitting in the counter for a couple minutes. They were pretty dismissive about letting us know the status of our food. The food was not very appealing. Everything was smothered in butter and you couldn't really taste the food itself. It was like biting into a stick of butter. The lattes were semi good, but don't expect anything sweet. Maple butter sea salt latte was over done with the gee grease, it caused stomach issues (if you have a clean diet). Leaving a greasy aftertaste on your tongue. My wife and I were in Sedona today to take the Scenic Sedona Tour. The pick up location is in the same building as Earth Love Organic Kitchen. We arrived early and decided to have breakfast before the tour started. We entered Earth Love Organic Kitchen and were immediately welcomed warmly by Emma who runs the front end. She was pleasant, engaging, treated us as though she had known us forever and was extremely helpful in assisting us with our order. My wife had the waffle dish with bacon while I had the chorizo breakfast burrito and a side of home fries. We both ordered the house blend coffee. The food was capably prepared by Perry (and another gentleman). When the food arrived it was beyond delicious, hot and plentiful. My wife asked for more butter and Perry warmed some up for the waffles (while also keeping her waffles warm). We mentioned to Emma that we really liked the coffee and she brought over a bag to show us which blend it was - we ended up purchasing that, too. When our tour ended (5 hours later) we stopped back into their restaurant and both Emma / Perry were thrilled to see us and hear about how the tour went. We spent quite a bit of time chatting with them and they were warm, friendly and engaging. Uncertain if or when we'll be back to Sedona but if we are we'll absolutely be visiting Earth Love Organic Kitchen. I don't know the owner's name, but he goes above and beyond to make sure each customer is satisfied with their service and meal. This is the only restaurant in Sedona (at least that I was able to find) that serves food with no seed oils and no processed sugar. They also have gluten free options. I had the Bacon on Bacon quiche (delish), which came with rosemary tallow potatoes, a small side salad and an in-house pickled dish consisting of cabbage, beets and a few other things I can't remember (also delish). I also had some of the OG beef stew. So good! Everything tastes so fresh and so clean, clean I also had a rose cardamom white chocolate coffee that was sweetened only with rose-infused honey. We came in for breakfast. We were greeted with a frosty reception and were told the only thing they had at the moment was the breakfast burrito. We are easy-going so we said no problem and ordered that. We also wanted a drip coffee, which was also not available, they only had Americano. The burritos were terrible.
