I was not allowed the "promised" courtesy of approving the countertop template prior to the countertop being "cut". In addition, I waited five (5) hours for the installers. The owners did not initiate contact regarding the installers arrival time and no apology was offered for the five hour delay. I was to take the countertop "as-is", or not at all. As the stone veining pattern was not satisfactory I did not purchase the backsplash. Don't trust the owners. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Douglas was extremely communicative and easy to reach, helped scout materials to make sure the new floor matched our existing floor, and was generous with his expertise when we were selecting tile for the kitchen and making design decisions.
