They set up our family plan wrong will not correct it, will not reimburse us the thousands they took from our bank account. I would NEVER tell anyone to sign up with this company that just steals from innocent people especially first responders which my husband is. They will not fix this problem or investigate the store that had taken our money and given us nothing but headaches and countless hours phone calls to their 800 number that go no where.
