We arrived at 4:30 due to my work hours and they closed at five. It must've been the right timing because we were out by 503 complete with a sling, x-rays and a diagnosis. From the front desk, to the nurse, to the x-ray tech, to the physicians assistant everyone was really friendly despite the fact that we were there right before they closed. We would absolutely recommend their urgent care ortho services bypassing a traditional urgent care. They are experts in bone injuries and get the job done right!

They make scheduling, insurance, and prepping for your time with the doctor very easy. I will not name the doctor I saw, but I liked them a lot, on a personal basis. Very nice, took the time to explain everything in detail (for what I could understand) up front. Once I paid for a few visits, this is where I became uneasy.... I was in for my lower back. They hook you up to a machine (which I assume most places do) that sends vibrations to the areas they need to work on. Great! Feels great, love it. I was told my total visit each time would take 30 minutes, with 15 being on that machine. My final visit took 10 minutes with 5 being on that machine. Again, not sure how long you should be on it, but it feels good. After they are done with that the doctor comes in and cracks your back in a couple ways, and boom they are done. If you have a high deductible plan, you're blowing through that for 10 minutes a time? I'd rather go to a physical therapist where I will get an hour of concentrated time per visit, not 10 minutes. Feeling rushed for back pain isn't the best. I'll give 2 stars for how nice everyone is!

I saw the single 1 star review on here and felt that I should add my own review and personal experience at this location. The entire staff here has been more than accommodating to my needs. I am greeted by name every time I arrive by the receptionists, as well as acknowledged when I leave. My main physical therapist is amazing when it comes to how he carries himself at work and the same goes for my PTA. They have helped with the mental aspect of all of this and boosted my confidence along the way, showing me that my injuries limitations isn't just physical. I appreciate every aspect of this business and the people employed here. Also, it's amazing there is a place for a pho bowl after my PT sessions!

I have been to several connected to hospitals, that had gym and pool access & they do not come close to the unique techniques used by these experts. The KT tape was also amazing! (AKA: my binke, lol) I still use it. I ended up needing to go back to the surgeon, so I only used 10 of 12 visits. It was decided, that after this much time, I was not improving enough, so no sense returning. The claim adjuster was notified and understood. About a month after I left, I got call from the receptionist asking me why I did not come back. Risk management wanted to know? That was odd because Vinnie, decided the facia work was not helping, and suggested I go get the steroid injection, which I did. I would thnk that would have been in my chart and forwarded on. Minor glitch in communication. Very grateful for the feedback on the scoliosis brace that was wrong for me. That was major niceness & I am forever grateful for your input. I was able to return it & found an adult scoliosis brace from Source Ortho, online. I know exactly ZERO about adult scoliosis braces. Another great plus is....Tim picks the best music while you are there. That was the only interaction I had with him, but I appreciate good vibes. Look no further. This is the place for healing~

The service was so bad and rude that I didn't even make it to the first appointment. First, a long…read morewait on hold to schedule. Then, the person makes a tentative appointment and says someone will call to get the insurance information and confirm. So I asked what if nobody calls. She said don't worry because they don't charge for missed appointments. I found that to be unusually good service so I confirmed it. She said that she knows other places do that, but they don't do it there. Then, days went by and nobody called. Then suddenly I received a text saying I had an appointment the next day, and to reply to confirm, and that if I miss my appointment, I'll be charged! This was so rude! And the opposite of what the person I talked to said. So I texted back saying that I don't have an appointment. I received a response saying they don't receive incoming texts! So they texted me asking for a response, but they don't receive responses! So I had to call to cancel the appointment that I didn't have! Then another long wait on hold. Then the person told me they do charge for missed appointments, and the previous representative gave me incorrect information. So I asked who the person was who scheduled an appointment that I didn't make, and gave me incorrect information. She said they don't know who she was. They don't have records of that! Then she kept asking me if I want to keep my appointment, after I repeatedly told her that I don't have one, and can't come at that time. She kept repeating the same question. Finally I hung up. The therapists - Brian, Glen and Jamie are professional, friendly and have good senses of humor. As a result, I have looked forward to my sessions and did not feel in any way that they were a chore I had to endure. I have never been able to describe therapy as fun, but that is what my sessions were. I have benefited tremendously from their treatments. I improved, not only in original script for treatment, but additionally am enjoying the benefits of the unexpected improvements. I introduced to different therapy modalities I had not experienced before and was impressed at their creativity in the challenges they used to keep me progressing well without being subjected to challenges they didn't think I could handle. They helped me transition from needing a knee scooter to using a boot and eventually to a shoe. They helped me regain range of motion in my foot, toes, and ankle. Every single one of the staff was extremely kind, responsive, and helpful. They work together as a team to make sure each patient gets the individual attention he/she needs.
