They lack continuity of procedures. Every SHIFT is like getting a new employee. They look for the patient to educate and train their employees! I believe with implemented procedures that are required to be followed with accountability it would improve. However with the inadequate accountability to follow procedures and proper oversight by management the AIDS are run amok! So many "selling" points that don't translate to operations! We have several very nice caring nurses & aids .... not enough GOOD aids for night & weekend shifts...and it only takes 2-3 days for the wheels to fall off, pictures are worth 1000 words! Hope you check YELP before picking this place! It is like lipstick on a pig! BTW I suspect the "good" reviews to be staff!

You can complain all you want but they do not listen. If you tell them what is wrong they will say they will fix it but they won't. My friend was in there and she was dirty all the time her hair never got washed her teeth never got brushed they just put her in there after she made several trips to the hospital. The business office are crooks who coerced my mentally ill mother to sign her life insurance policy…read moreover to them and now refuse to respond to our request to submit the money to the chosen funeral home our family picked for future need. Kathy and Danua in the business office are rude, Kathryn Brockington, who didn't respond to my email until I followed up was rude and the administrator, Travis Ward is inaccessible by email to report these rude women. They coerced me from the beginning to sign papers telling me without my signature, my mother would get no help. I insisted I could not afford to be financially liable and they assured I wouldn't be but they mail me bills every month even after I told them to stop. They insisted they have to mail them and so I believe they made me sign a binding agreement to pay the cost. I was on a lunch break from work and trusted they were being honest with me do I did not read the numerous documents they had me sign. I am extremely unhappy with what is going on there from my mothers clothing being stolen to them refusing to properly medicate her and keep her mentally ill. I want more than anything to get my mother out of this hellhole. Adult Protective Services have been contacted to no avail. I guess money under the table makes them turn a blind eye to the atrocities comitted in this place. I pray to God they shut this place down and find better homes for these people. There have been several newspaper stories about dementia patients getting loose. They have lost lawsuits concerning mold and roaches in the building. You can't reach anyone unless they need something from you. Hate is a strong word but I absolutely despise these people. They all need to lose their jobs.
