The receptionist said no X-ray no appointment. WTF? Is Dr. Sinha that bad of a doctor he must have an X-ray? I explained I couldn't have an X-ray because I had previously been burned by an mri. The receptionist had zero fucks to give. merely needed to ask questions and get a physical exam I said. I knew my problems. She wouldn't listen. Just said "I'll cancel the appointment then. " This bitch didn't even ask me if I had records! I wasn't given any opportunity to send them! You people are nothing but bad salesmen. You use pressure tactics and when that doesn't work you refuse service. Fuck your bad business tactics. I hope you go bankrupt. Don't go to Dr.Sinha because his shit secretaries will deny you an appointment if you don't buy the X-ray product even if it means that you will suffer radiation sickness from previous burns. Dr. Sinha's office does not care if you get injured in the process or get sick or die from getting an X-ray.

I went through this whole process just for them to tell me they don't take our insurance AFTER 15 mins of verifying the insurance. I gave them the secondary insurance that they did take and they still weren't able to verify. I'm honestly really tired of ER's/ doctors offices/ urgent cares making you go through elaborate processes because they don't want to handle paperwork.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to make patients check in using a phone clearly didn't think it through. It feels like the front desk is avoiding doing their job by having sick patients check themselves in, and it creates unnecessary contact points where germs can easily spread. If someone comes in for a non-illness-related issue, they're now exposed to germs from everyone touching the same equipment. As for the care itself, I will say the medical team is fast, efficient, and provides quality treatment. However, the front desk experience completely overshadows that. Another major issue is the lack of privacy. The front desk openly asks patients, "What's going on with you?" in front of the entire waiting room. While I was there, a man came in and had to quietly tell the receptionist he had diarrhea -- in front of everyone. That's embarrassing and absolutely not how patient information should be handled. These conversations should be left for triage in a private room, not asked out loud in a lobby full of strangers. Because of these issues, I will not be returning to this location.

He then referred me to a surgeon for follow up the very next day. Then saw Dr Allen and a course of action was planned swiftly. Very professional staff interactions. I never had to wait to be seen. My only deduction of one star for this review, had been the two greeters on the first floor by the elevators - both had been very rude / curt. My two visits had both been first thing in the morning and both times I had been the only one in the lobby. So, not sure why they were both miserable on two separate days!!?? Plus, I believe they are volunteers!?! Miserable people shouldn't be dealing with the general public - especially in a hospital setting where patients are typically in a lot of pain and their anxiety levels are generally elevated. I'll update this review after my next visit
