My two visits had both been first thing in the morning and both times I had been the only one in the lobby. So, not sure why they were both miserable on two separate days!!?? Plus, I believe they are volunteers!?! Miserable people shouldn't be dealing with the general public - especially in a hospital setting where patients are typically in a lot of pain and their anxiety levels are generally elevated.
