Then after calling again she finally made a time to measure the 4 windows all the same size purchased from Home Depot. She could only come at an inconvenient time when I had to reschedule another appointment. She was 15 minutes late. She didn't call or apologize. She knew I had to leave and rushed to do the measurements. She was so disrespectful to me and my house. She broke a treasured handmade piece of pottery and got angry and blamed me for being a horrible person when I told her the value of the item. She refused to pay the value and as a non art professional told me the value of the item and paid half the value. She ran out the door blaming me for being a horrible person and said she was not doing the job.

It was only a few bucks for a part. I now have returned there today with another huge blind problem. I was immediate met by Mike and he was again, very pleasant and helpful. I left the blind to be repaired and appreciated his help. This is a family owned business for over 40 years- not a fancy store but I am confident they know their business! These are very large oversize blinds and they've lasted all this time! The repair was quick and easy and they gave me a discount because I was the original purchaser from their store. A few more years and a lot of usage later and another string broke. Lucky for me inside out is still here and offering great service. It will be ready in a few days and I'm sure will last me many more years to come. Glad to have a local company that still repairs Hunter Douglas blinds.

I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

We had several problems with installation and The Artisan Shop did a poor job of communicating and standing behind their cabinets. We used another cabinet company to build our bathrooms, entertainment centers and utility rooms and we were completely satisfied with them. We will not use the Artisan shop again.

I know this company does above standard work and it's sad how 1 employee can have such a negative impact on the reputation of a company.
