We had hired Longs Peak to complete our cabinets for our new build and the initial meetings with Erin for the design and everything were great and we have no complaints regarding her however once the cabinets went into production and Brogan got involved and things were supposed to be completed everything took a completely different turn. I wish we had done a more thorough search on this company before proceeding with them because all of the reviews about Longs Peak and Brogan are spot on. He is a liar and a crook and you will pay for your cabinets and they'll give you a delivery date and that date will come and go and you will not receive them. We had a delivery date of December 23 2024and we did not receive cabinets until January 17th and even then we were still missing parts, pieces were built incorrectly and Brogan will lie and manipulate and give every excuse in the book as to what is going on if you can even get ahold of him. We didn't receive some of our missing pieces until February 24th and decided to eliminate others due to the headache this company has been to deal with. Longs Peak has cost us thousands of dollars extra on top of what we had paid for our cabinets due to all of the delays they caused. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I'm sure we are his primary target to do business with but he treated us like we were. Everything did not go perfect, but they were mostly our mistakes and he treated them like they were his fault (even though they weren't). Quality of products: the cabinets were excellent. They aren't the super expensive custom built cabinets, but they were 10 times better than most of the big box stores. The are 3/4 ply all the way around, except the back. The shelves are solid and the soft close hardware is super easy to work. If you are assembling your own cabinets, make sure you ask him questions. The more complicated ones can be a bit of a head scratcher since the limited videos can be less than helpful....I wish I would have had time to make some of the assembly videos for future use. The countertop (quartz) turned out really well. The seams were very small and they matched the veins tastefully. Only improvements I can think they need is better assembly instructions for a few of the cabinets. That's it. Going to AMC might have been our best decision of the entire remodel. Don't take my word for it though, just stop in and talk to Sin to see for yourself.

Sinisa was wonderful with helping us pick our material, explaining the process, and fitting as much as possible onto each slab. We examined the "remnants" they had on hand; found a truly beautiful quartz slab that was more than enough for our twin sink master bath, and the price of materials plus labor was at least 25% lower than the nearest competitor. It took a bit to get on the schedule, but the work was done right when they estimated, and they took great care in our home with cleanliness and minimizing disruption... and the end result is excellent ! Unfortunately we had a complication with some small damage following installation, but Jimmy responded immediately, took full accountability even where there might have been room for doubt, and came that same day to resolve the issue. A day later he arrived again with everything necessary to complete the repair, and everything looks better than ever... at no additional cost. I am taking the time to write this review because these days this level of customer care and accountability deserves whatever attention I can give.
