That was a year ago and Schmidt is just giving me a new run around every few months. I am so fed up and disappointed how this amazing flooring and service company has fallen. I'm still hopeful and will definitely update when (if) they resolve the issue.

I had to ask them to at least move the end tables. We had worked hard getting items off any furniture so it could be moved. They were done in an hour and twenty minutes. One of the guys was on his phone a lot. Didn't remove any stains or even try. For over $760 (with the advertised 20% discount) they did a terrible and fast job. This is not the professional hard working team that use to come.
