He told me he would give it to for 300.00 as a deal. Then when he sent the contract it was 500.00. So no deal. And while he said everything pet related was covered, that isn't true. DON'T BY THE INSURANCE POLICY. So much is excluded that it's not worth the money. It basically will not replace anything. They cover stains. I can clean a pet urine stain. Also pet urine doesn't stain as much as leave an odor. My $2000 loveseat is now ruin because the pet urine didn't stain but smells. I was told but the furniture repair man that the urine that sat all night long will cause the leather to crack eventually. So $500.00 I paid for coverage was a waste and a new seat will probably be the same cost. Don't buy the insurance before looking at the exclusions.

When I later contacted Hudson Furniture to confirm, I found out that both statements were untrue. It seems Derrick was more focused on making the sale than being honest. When I reported this to Hudson corporate, I was told they would "let Derrick know he got caught lying." That's hardly a reassuring response.
