I was especially impressed that they noticed a couple of minor issues that I hadn't even picked up on and proactively reordered a few wrinkled panels before even bringing them to my attention. They also patiently answered all of my questions and walked me through the apps and settings so I knew how to get the most out of the blinds. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the extension rod needed to manually open the blinds was never included in the original order, and this wasn't discovered until I brought it up during installation. This was absolutely no fault of Brett, Barney, or Chad, as they were not involved in the original sales order. Overall, excellent installation experience. Since the installation, they have repeatedly scheduled appointments so they could come and address the numerous issues. At this point, it feels as though they are simply wasting his time and showing complete disregard for their customers.
