    My husband has been waiting for over six months for this company to correct the unacceptable work…read morethey performed in my home. They installed extremely expensive blinds, the service has been profoundly disappointing. Since the installation, they have repeatedly scheduled appointments so they could come and address the numerous issues. Each time, my husband rearrange his work commitments and personal responsibilities to accommodate them, only for them to show up, look at the problems, and leave without making a single repair. At this point, it feels as though they are simply wasting his time and showing complete disregard for their customers. My husband had spoken directly with the owner (or the person in charge) as well as her son, and despite countless conversations and promises, nothing has been resolved. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect is astonishing. When customers invest this kind of money, they expect quality workmanship and reliable customer service. Instead, he has been left with endless excuses, and six months of frustration. I am formally requesting that this company either: Properly repair and complete the work to the standard that was promised, or Remove all of the blinds and issue a full refund. No customer should have to endure this level of incompetence and neglect after making such a significant investment. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think carefully before doing business with them. My experience has been extraordinarily disappointing, stressful, and entirely unacceptable.

    Update- 3 Days sent an installer out to change out the break away pieces on my faulty blinds. He…read morereplaced the pieces explained to me how they work left me with 2 additional pieces. We discussed how heavy these 2 blinds are and he agreed that the weight of the blind MAY cause problems with the break away piece moving forward. We put the blinds up-and-down several times without any problem. For now they seem to be working fine my only concern is that we will consistently have to be replacing these break away pieces. I appreciate 3 Day blinds taking the time to send the installer to talk to me about my issue. The installer was knowledgeable and very helpful. I don't know if this will fix our issue permanently or if this will continue to be a concern. I would like to suggest to 3 day blinds that when they sell a large heavy blind they suggest to the purchaser that the continuous cord may be a better option. Our blinds look great and hopefully will continue to function well in the coming years.

I have filed countless complaints and sent photos--which I am attaching here--showing that the installation was shoddy, looking like the work of a complete novice rather than the quality work they advertise. I have been trying to resolve this issue ever since. There is an outstanding balance of $3,834.11 that I refuse to pay because the work performed was not what was promised. I even offered them the option to simply remove the blinds and refund my money--taking away their poor-quality work so I wouldn't have to pay the remaining balance--especially since I had to pay out of pocket for curtains just to cover the gaps that were exposing my privacy to the outside. I have been negatively affected in several ways by this terrible workmanship: I have no privacy in my bedroom because people outside can see in, and I've had to spend money on curtains to mask their poor installation. Yet, they still want me to pay that $3,834.11 As I told them: either come remove the shoddy work and materials--leaving my walls exactly as you found them--or zero out the balance. To make matters worse, no one has contacted me about this issue since April, yet yesterday I received a call from a pre-collections agency; on top of everything else, they are going to damage my credit rating because of the terrible job this company did.
