I've had terrible experiences with this storage company! Have had one of their units for several years now, and when I lived in Idaho Falls I didn't have a problem. After I moved to Boise I had to keep my unit, and unfortunately their office staff and payment policies changed. They hired a woman who swore at me on the phone, they stopped taking payments over the phone and only accepted them in the office, through a kiosk or online (but only if you are able to keep up on payments). Living across the state made this extremely problematic. Today I drove the four hours with the express goal of vacating the unit, which they are requiring me to do because their payment policies make it essentially impossible to pay them. Even though they received my payment on Wednesday, I arrived to find I was unable to access my unit because they STILL had their double lock on it (which their policy is to remove the next business day after payment). The office was closed with no way to get a hold of a single employee. I wasted $100 in gas, put my 4 month old through 8 hours in the car getting there and back, and completely wasted my time. On top of that, their "security" gate was wide open the entire time we were in Idaho Falls! This company is a joke! read more
