So we were referred to this one and the staff moved our appointment out 30 minutes and changed to this location for us. All staff is typically so patient and friendly which is why I love Guidewell and would recommend to anyone. Arrived at this location to be greeted by friendly staff. The clinic was super clean. We were taken back within 5 minutes. Nurses and Dr were also very friendly. They take the time to learn the issue and walk the patient thru care. I'll always recommend Guidewell!

I will say.... it would be great if they (or ANY) urgent care would remain open past 7 or 8 pm. I remember back in the day places used to stay open until 10-11 pm. It doesn't exist anymore but I wish this place would be. On to the review... So I was experiencing some symptoms I had never had before and while trying to reach my primary care and other Drs for some assistance in what I was feeling and maybe how to handle, I was not able to get through nor get any return calls in a timely fashion. I went to another urgent care close by and they did not have the equipment available for what they were suggesting and recommended Guidewell. I was reluctant because it was way up the road, it was getting late in the afternoon, the traffic etc and still not getting any answers on how to diagnose and treat my symptoms. I took a chance, I called on the way and made an appointment. When I got there, the staff was very nice, they helped me get started with the check in process and the wait time was not that long, there were a few people ahead of me. Plus I had the appointment if there was a long wait. Once I was brought back, they triaged me, asked all the questions and immediately started with BP and the basic stuff, then they didn't just take blood but in case I needed fluids they put in an IV that would give them the option later rather than sticking me twice...luckily I didn't need fluids. They ran quite a few tests and in a very timely manner. When it was time for the doctor to come in, she listened, she was patient, she was very professional and cordial and very thorough going over my results and recommendations. I would definitely come here in the future...but beware the hours.

They called us the day before my 5-year-old daughter's scheduled surgery to inform us that the anesthesiologist was "too scared" to proceed due to a heart condition she has -- a condition they were aware of for weeks. Her cardiologist had already cleared her as low risk, yet they waited until the last minute to make this decision. Do you know how difficult it is to prepare a 5-year-old for surgery, only to have to turn around and tell her she's "too much of a risk"? It's heartbreaking and completely avoidable. If the staff had been diligent in reviewing her case sooner, we wouldn't have had to endure this stress and disappointment. Families deserve better communication and respect. Look at your cases ahead of time and inform parents promptly. This kind of last-minute decision-making is unprofessional in every way.

This individual also tried taking the history of why we were there then fumbled with the blood pressure machine. Never took other vitals/temp. Same receptionist attempted a throat swab by rubbing my child's cheek. Results of rapid test, of course negative. She asked if that was all we needed. I inquired if there was a licensed provider. She summoned the ARNP who was very nice but never saw my son. No exam performed. At the end, they could not even collect my copay (ha) with a credit card. I paid cash and they wrote me a ridiculous receipt that can't be used for any health savings or FSA. Dr. Saba, I highly suggest some quality control measures if your name is on the front door.

This office is more paper driven than electronic which is fine by me. I'm more concerned about the level of care than anything. Both my hubs and I transferred to this practice. Dr. Lynn is amazing...he takes his time with his patients and actually diagnoses than treat with meds. I have been on BP meds for years and my old doctor just kept me on them however Dr. Lynn took updated bloodwork and based on tests I've been able to come off 1 of the meds. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They do require masks and take your temperature before entering. They are typically fast and the office location makes it easy to get in and out with plenty of parking. Highly recommend Dr. Lynn.

He doesn't triple book his every 15 minutes of every hour so by noon you're left waiting for 2 hours with no explanation, and of course, no apology. He is a gentleman that has helped me and my family multiple times, always making time and fitting us in when necessary. He has the most wonderful staff that are kind and friendly and always willing to go above what people have come to expect from a Dr's office - but not here, the 'old ways' of treating the customers with respect and like a friend are alive and well! Before moving to Florida I grew up in a small town in the Midwest and this practice is reminiscent of those values that the patient comes first. Not grabbing for the biggest amount of money to make in a day to have a big fancy office, just good care that can be counted on and a Doctor you can trust.

The office sent me all he papers to fill out ahead of time and i took 20 minutes to do that. On the day of my 10:15 am appointment I arrived at 10 am as they told me to come 15 minutes ahead of time. I walked in and no one greeted me. There was a staffer behind the window but she never said a word to me. I stood there for a minute but it didn't look like I was going to be told what to do. So I sat in one of their chairs in the waiting room. And I sat. After 49 minutes ( I timed it) someone came out and asked me my name. She had a mask on! I'm hard of hearing and I asked her to repeat the questions and she pulled down the mask. She said they would be with me shortly. I walked over to the staffer at the counter and said, "I'm Tom *******. I don't think this is the place for me. I'm leaving." When I got home there was a message on my landline. THEY ASKED ME IF I WAS COMING!!!! Looks like I dodged a bullet. Dr. Wael Faltas - NOT RECOMMENDED.
