This service is for consumers that don't know any better. The bus stations (Phoenix & Downtown LA) are absolute dumps that are never cleaned nor maintained. This bud company does not try to offer minimal customers service in any way. Restrooms are in deplorable conditions. Bus stations are beat up, and should be condemned due to unsafe and exposed wiring, uneven surfaces, and sharp edges around doors and door frames. But this was so beyond the worst customer service experience ever and I've used 6+ shuttle service -- I couldn't in good faith not share my experience. I booked the $80+ Anaheim to Gold Coast. The lady answering the phone was so incredibly rude and condescending and intentionally didn't want to check where her van was like any ride service -- like she was annoyed having to answer the phone or answer any questions. Wish I would have found this yelp page before booking. Reading the 1 star reviews here, it seems they treat everybody like this and then try to rationalize it. Do yourself a favor and book without someone else. Don't let them gaslight you to believe "it wasn't rude, it's just the way their tone you perceived our tone" or as seen with other reviews here.
