TOP notch customer service from the beginning to the end. My communication with the company (telephone & email) starting mid-year around May or June for October events 10/18 & 10/19. This was my 1st time reserving a tour bus for a group of people. I was nervous. I had people counting on me and I had their money for the service. We reserved the 28 passenger bus each reservation. I am EXTREMELY happy to say TTS Shuttle did not disappoint. The bus is modern (up to date), clean and accommodating. Making the reservations was SUPER smooth. Everybody is super kind and provides outstanding customer service. They answer all calls and emails within a timely manner. Although I might call for one person everybody is hands-on, in tune and can handle every call, so you don't have to talk to a specific person. The PA system works like a charm, they have Bluetooth for overhead music if you like and charging station at each seat to keep the cell phones charged up. Our drivers were Patrick and Jim - arrived early and b4 time. Both know the streets of LA and got us to & from our destination with ease. We LOVE both drivers. Such professional and down to earth men. They meshed with our group AS IF we've been knowing them for years. I am EXTREMELY pleased with TTS Shuttle service in every area I cannot see using another shuttle service/company in the LA area. I really enjoyed the whole process of using TTS. I worked mostly with Roxy to book and she was very helpful and made the process easy. I organized a tour for a work event where we took 27 people around on a minibus. Jeremy was our driver and he went above and beyond. He helped me load all of the heavy stuff on and off the bus and was very friendly and professional the whole time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! My team and I hosted a group of students from throughout the US to visit LA, and Chris and his team were not only timely in their responses, but they were also incredibly helpful in their flexibility when working with our packed schedule. We worked with TTS over the course of several days, and I was never once stressed about our communication or coordination with the bus. Our driver was always on time, if not early, and was more than willing to work with our schedule. We can not recommend our driver, Joseph (Joe) enough. His friendly and kind attitude towards us made saying goodbye very hard. The bus amenities were great (AC/Heat, music, mics, etc). Due to the rain, there was a point when some water leaked, but Joe was quick to address it and assist us to make us more comfortable. Even with the craziest rain I've seen in LA, he was able to get us through LA traffic and on time to every destination, which was such an added bonus to our service. Outstanding service for our company event! The buses (all 3) arrived on time at the pick-up location, getting everyone to the destination safely. The supervisor who came with the buses was AMAZING! He worked with the drop-off location's Event Coordinator, making sure the buses dropped off and picked up our employees at the proper locations. This event was the conclusion of a 3-day sales kick off and many employees were tired and wanted to head back early. There was no issues rounding up the buses for an earlier than scheduled departure and the supervisor helped corral our employees and made sure all of our employees were on a bus before he allowed the last one to leave.
