Almost feels like many of the reviews on here are fake. We hired them to add several new pages and landing pages to our existing website. We explicitly defined our scope of work and expected timeline to launch our website from the beginning. Many of the items we sent to David were lost in emails even after multiple rounds of Zoom calls and him recording. We worked with David and his developer, which happens to be some person outside of the US, for about 3 weeks. Eventually nothing was completed for us to launch on our existing website. After rounds of back and forth with content that we supplied and many emails asking for various items all the time, David started asking for more money and complained that wanting to launch our new pages after 3 or 4 weeks was too much for him to handle and that he was not able to work under this kind of pressure. We had no issue paying him more money as it was way cheaper to begin with (just like his service) however, it seemed like he knew he was not capable of delivering something professional after all and decided to quit. We agreed to receive our money back and part ways. Our wasted time and frustration will never get sompensated and it was clear that our time and trust to this business did not mean anything to this team. Basically zero customer service. More importantly, we really didn't appreciate the fact that they use cheap labor from some other country with language barriers and only act as a middle person. We specifically didn't want this type of service as we had interviewed several other developers on Upwork and other freelance websites, but eventually ended up getting the same level of service at a more expensive price. Basically nothing is done in house, David is just the face. Rarely inclined to leave negative reviews but unfortunately this is a fair observation based on the service that was provided to us. If you are looking for reliable trustworthy web development service, I strongly recommend staying away from this business - it's almost a scam and you will regret the time and money you spend here.

We explained the situation, and one employee took down my name and number and directed us to a workstation. Within three to four minutes of waiting, a super friendly female store employee approached us. We explained the issue with the phone, and she immediately started working on my daughter's phone. Ten minutes later, the phone issue was resolved. We thanked several store employees for the great service and timely work, and then we left. Cosmetic damage to the back arm. Terrible look. I did a search for drone repair in LA and found this establishment. Dropped my drone off at 12pm and was able to pick it up at 7pm. I thought I wasn't going to see my drone for at least a week. Ludmil helped me out and was extremely thorough in explaining what was broken and what process he would be going through to fix everything. He's a good guy. Excellent customer service and cool to talk to. He knows his stuff! I took my drone out for a test flight the next day. Flew for an hour testing all gimbal movements, flight modes, etc. and everything worked like I never crashed it. I would definitely recommend coming here for any drone repair needs.
