I paid $190.00 dollars cash and put the remaining balance of $44.00 on my credit card. The employee just neglected to tell me some very important things that would be required for getting my "upfront" core money back. First it's required that I bought MY old alternator back in the box of MY NEW alternator that I bought, to receive the change money back, and that I would NOT actually get my cash back, it would be reflected on my credit card 2 days later. I think this should have been absolutely explained at the time of my purchase. I wouldn't have gotten anything back if I had thrown my box away. I now see why AutoZones parking lot was full, and theirs was not! Guess I will choose to stand in line for a few minutes, and get the service that I pay for! Lesson learned!!

He was going for work and I tagged along. I signed up for international service before I went. I got there and did not have any service at all. I am in France with no way to order an uber, download the Metro map, call my husband, or see any of the pindrops that I arranged before the trip. I called customer service which can not understand the concept of time difference and called at all hours of the night wanting me to stay on with them for hours. They elevated me up to the highest tech problem tier. This went on for days. On day 9 of my 10 day trip they got it working only after changing my plan to cost me 50.00 more a month and charging me 100.00 for the travel. When I got home, my husband added me (and my son) to his plan and it lowered his AT&T bill 10.00 a month but since I changed carriers, they would not take the 150.00 extra dollars off my bill. They are charging me for services they did not provide and they have been extremely rude to me. I hate a big corporation that treats the small guy like they don't mater. Verizon needs a customer service check.
