There was minimal wait time when we arrived for our scheduled appointments, and we were in and out in less than an hour. All of the staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Blood is currently being tested for coronavirus antibodies (among other things, surely) and results will be available in the app within 7-10 days. Definitely a great bonus of donating blood right now, if you're eligible!

I submitted a request for an appointment at StemExpress online and received a call minutes later. I was able to set up an initial appointment for that day. I wasn't sure what to expect walking in but the decor was very clean and welcoming! The staff was super friendly and offered me snacks. I filled out my paperwork and was taken right back. The initial draw was a normal amount for tests. The whole process was super quick and I was really impressed with the entire experience.

The staff are friendly and get you in and out in a reasonable timeframe. I've been to other locations where this was definitely not the case. With my most recent blood donation, I was a little nervous just because of the current pandemic, but I felt they did a really good job with adhering to guidelines. This spot is near Beneficial Bank, a storage place and CVS. It is located inside a shopping center. The inside is spacious and there is a place to sit while waiting to donate, there are bathrooms for donors and the table with the snacks - the area there is spacey. The employees of Red Cross, such as LeCora are wonderful folks. Bernice is also accommodating. The experience of donating blood is not thrilling but it is thrilling to me that I helped someone or someones. Think about donating! You can donate for others or for your family or for yourself, if by chance you may need it for the future. The American Red Cross is a worthwhile mission and cause and I am proud to be affiliated with this valuable and vital organization.
