After several months of searching for a possible new car, I found one that I liked. The salesman Jeff greeted me right after I entered through the doors and he was professional the entire time. After taking the vehicle for a test drive, we engaged in negotiations where Jeff maintained his professionalism. After making a deal, I dealt with the Finance Manager who was able to get an even lower interest rate than what Jeff and I agreed on originally. This is the second Outlander I have purchased from Interstate Mitsubishi and will be going back for a 3rd in the future! All the features and dependability of the Outlander made my decision easy when I hit 110,000 miles on my old Outlander and hadn't hat to do, or have anybody else do any work on any part of the vehicle besides normal oil changes and a CVT fluid change. We have 4 kids and travel extensively for out of town baseball and soccer games and this SUV kept up with all of it! The sales staff helped us get into the trim package that fit our needs and kids needs with USB charging ports in the back for them, the free inspections for the life of the vehicle and zero pressure to make any purchase! If you value human decency do not buy from this man, being a Bizarro I think he can manage. I actually used to love Mitsubishi, but now I'm never going there again. My car is a 2017 Lancer. Last year the window broke, so I got it fixed in August. About a month ago, the same window broke again. So I took it into Mitsubishi and they said I needed a new door because the motor was broken. The car is only 2 years old. How could the motor break that easily? So I took my car back to get a new door put on, and when I got my car back, my drivers license was gone. I purposely left it in the cup holder of my car. They also cleaned out my car without my permission and threw some of my stuff away and messed up the base of my daughters car seat in my car. Just awesome. Never again. read more

The sales rep. was great when my girlfriend and I picked out a brand new Eclipse Cross a couple months back, every thing went with out a hitch. Fast forward to now, she takes it in for the free oil change that came with the car and it took for ever we were there a couple hours after the appointment. Where they tell us about some minor body damage and mark it down in their pre inspection paper work 2 spots where the wax we put on wasn't rubbed out all of the way and a spot where a shopping cart hit the bumper. No big deal we weren't too worried. Then when they bring the car back out they had washed it with out asking and turned out who ever washed it had used a dirt rag that smeared dirt all over the car and a squeegee on THE PAINT that I had just previously spent hours waxing.... the dirty rag and squeegee treatment put scratches on almost EVERY SINGLE body panel, plastic panels included that weren't there before they "washed" I Would know... like I said spent hours waxing it I looked at every panel. Their customer service is great but NEVER let them touch your paint. There are a few pictures of the scratches not all of them showed up on my cellphone camera. read more

Crooks. Sure friendly selling you a vehicle.. Issues off the bat with suspension and steering. They did nothing could not find anything then a rear axle at only a couple hundred miles but when I took it in claimed I needed a whole rear end not one axle and still drove like crap after they fixed it. All tires bald at 12000 one tire tread lower than all the rest which proved my wobble shake and shimmy in my suspension as real, because of the steering and suspension issues they still can't fix it or find issue. They sold me a lemon. And refuse to fix anything unless it breaks down from the service managers own mouth because it would come out of the dealerships own pocket. Also stalling and lack of power. 2018 Mirage less than 12000 which I bought the car with 35 miles and stalling issues caused me to get corporate involved and after that the service manager refused to even let me make an appointment again for the stalling. And I quote which all supposedly phone calls are recorded. Sorry but because you called corporate on us we cannot help you and refused to schedule me an appointment and hung up on me. Won my case which my mirage was classified a lemon when all this place had to do was fix it..... read more

Just going through the process of buying a certified pre- owned car and Check in on Yelp and got a 300.00 dollar coupon for buying the vehicle and the sales manager said we showed him the coupon to late in the purchase process to receive the coupon!!! So be sure you show the coupon before you initial the offer sheet. That's kinda of bullshit , bush league tactics!!!! But we didn't know about the offer till I checked in so....Other than that the process was great and our salesman Alex did a superior job!!! read more

Terrible dealership! Car buying experience was good, good trade in, good discount, all together not bad. The trouble starts when you get to the "service" department. I have a lancer with the auto, it wont accelerate up a hill, rpm stays planted between 3k-3.5k. I go to the dealership, the service manager tells me it shouldn't accelerate uphill since its not an evo. He than tells me I should get it tuned to make it accelerate up a hill. Dirty scumbag wanted me to void my warranty so that he wouldnt have to deal with it. Since its not pulling an engine or tranny code he wont touch it even though it is dangerous to drive. I figured if I came back to the dealership enough he would eventually fix it. Instead he tries to charge me 100 dollars for a diagnostic fee and tries taking my keys until I pay for wasting his time. I took my car to an independent transmission shop and they verified there was a problem with the transmission, most likely belt slipping(cant tell 100% without disassembly which is not worth it for cvt's). This is not the first time I've been screwed over by this dealership, my front left strut was leaking from new and they refused to fix it since it wasn't completely blown, easy to lose control and get into accident when you blow a shock on the highway so I had to pay 1k to replace all of the shocks and struts on my car because this dealership didn't want to and wouldn't honor the warranty. If you look in their used lot there are at least a dozen 2016 and 2017 lancers that have been sold back to this dealership, for being complete crap. Do not buy a mitsubishi, this is my 4th, and especially do not buy one from this dealership. read more

Worst dealership ever. They promised me $30 oil changes upon negotiating my brand new car and when I took it in they charged $54. The second oil change they tried to charge that again until I made the salesman change it and then the owner called me personally on my cellphone to discuss it. I got it sorted out and they put me down for $30 future oil changes. They told me I needed a tire rotation and I politely declined saying I could do the $15 service in my driveway for free. They sent multiple coupons for 10% off JUST a tire rotation. $1.50 off? No thanks. I called and talked to the owner and he didn't like what I had to say so he said we shouldn't do business together and I still have 4 years on my loan. I asked if they would honor the free inspections and they said yes but they would have their guys look over it almost like a threat. They still continue to send me things in the mail. I took my car there last week for an inspection because I get free inspections supposed to be for life because I bought a brand new car. I took it in for inspection and they told me they can't inspect it because I cracked the plastic bumper. They told me it's a hazard even though it doesn't stick out what so ever and isn't sharp. The guy at the counter told me it's $1,500 in just parts no paint no labor yet couldn't show me paperwork stating any parts cost. I took the car to another well reputible mechanic and they inspected it no problem what so ever and even laughed when I told them what interstate told me. When I got the paperwork back from interstate they marked down the FAILED $68 inspection to 0 with the writing (5 year free inspections). Last time I checked 5 years isn't the life of the car. read more

This place is ridiculous. There are about 20 employees walking back and forth, some standing around, and I'm sitting waiting over 2 hours to find out if they can fix problems that have been going on a year in my brand new car. When I called a week and a half ago to make an appointment they gave me one but didn't want to know the problem over the phone. When I arrived they weren't going to ask the problem, but I volunteered the information and asked if these were problems that would require me leaving the car. They said they couldn't answer that. Over 2 hours later and no one has said a word to me as I sit in a waiting room. Tried to get a drink of water from the dispenser in the waiting area and it's completely empty with no cups. I'm not sure if I'd ever recommended this dealership especially because dealing with service issues has never been prompt, always seemed everything but helpful. read more

This place has a terrible service department. I purchased a vehicle with the after market warranty and regretted it after the one and only time I used it. I took my vehicle in because my radiator blew. Any person with the least bit of knowledge of vehicles could have determined it was the radiator. They kept my vehicle for a week, for a part that took them maybe a hour to replace. As part of my warranty agreement, I was supposed to receive a rental car because my vehicle was deemed not drive-able. Well since they so conveniently took a week to "determine the problem", they told me I was not approved to receive a rental. This place is a joke and I will never purchase another vehicle again from them. read more

We bought a vehicle from Interstate Mitsubishi and had nothing but problems with the dealership. We didn't have any issue with Mitsubishi or their vehicles it was this incompetent dealership that was our headache. Issue #1: We traded in a vehicle in on a new Lancer. The vehicle we traded in was supposed to get paid off within 15 days of our purchasing the new lancer. Needless to say we received reposession letters from our finance company. After weeks upon weeks of calling the so called sales manager "Ernie" we finally got that taken care of, but it was a long process and a huge headache that caused us to have late payments on our record due to the fact we thought our car had been paid off like it was suppose to be. Issue #2: Our new Lancer came with a two thousand dollar navigation system. We noticed the selection knob on the head unit was gone. We were told "no problem we will get it to you as soon as possible". After two weeks of not receiving the knob we were told it was never ordered that we should buy an aftermarket one. We told them no that, that was a ridiculous solution. Two more weeks later we received the knob. Issue #3: We wanted a sunroof put in our lancer. They said no problem we can take care of that in a day. Well I took my car to the dealership to drop it off. They gave me a rental. The rental was a four wheel drive Endeavor. I dropped off my car and they gave me a gas gussler (mind you I live an hour and half away!)?! Then when I hopped in the seat to drive away I noticed it was empty. I went in and told Ernie that it was empty, and he told me I will get it filled up for you. They brought it back and they had only put in a quarter of a tank! I was furious at this point, but went on my way. The next day I went back to get my car after the sunroof was put in and realized they had put on 500 miles on my brand new car that only had 200 miles on it! They forgot to tell me that they had to drive my car down below Pittsburgh to get the moonroof put in. Then to top that off they left my car empty which I had left them with a full tank! Issue #4: We had purchased GAP insurance through them through a company CNA. Well unfortunately due to someone else's negligence my car was totaled. I submitted all my documents only to receive a letter saying my GAP insurance was denied. I was extremely upset because my car had depreciated so much in the short 6 months of owning it. We were unaware that when we refinanced our car that it voided our GAP insurance. I do not fault the dealership for that. However I do fault the dealership for not refunding us our GAP insurance. CNA told us that Interstate Mitsubishi should have received notice from the finance company of the cancellation/voiding of our GAP insurance and have sent us a refund amount. We called Ernie yet again and went through the run around to never get our refund. Till this date a year later we have never received our refund. I extremely advise doing your research when buying a new car. Mitsubishi is a great car manufacture and its unfortunate that this dealer is acting the way they are. I would highly recommend buying a Mitsubishi but drive the extra distance to avoid this dealership and the headaches that come with them! read more

This dealership was wonderful to us. Mark the salesman went out of his way to help us even though he wasn't going to make a quick sale. We were having severe issues with our KIA and they worked with us to get the vehicle that we wanted even when things were crazy. Any time that we have called in to have work done on our vehicle we are given a quick appointment and they are always nice and helpful. We will be sticking with this dealer in the future! read more
