I dropped it off on a Thursday and received no update until I called them the following Monday. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. When I picked up my car they said their technician couldn't recreate the issue and my belts are fine. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. TLDR: I paid $107 for an oil change I didn't ask for, my issue was unresolved, and they need to get their ears checked because my belt is still singing!

We purchased the vehicle on January 20 2025. The first issue was the radio was locked out due to the dealerships failure to contact Toyota and delete the previous owner. This particular issue must be addressed by the dealership. This should have been done prior to the sale. We had to make several trips and calls to get this resolved. The vehicle came with 26,000 miles sold as a ( gold certified) used Toyota however after only a few hundred miles the front drive axles started clicking . We were informed of a recall issue again the dealership failed us. Again this should have been checked and corrected before sold as a certified vehicle . We scheduled that for repair . We got the vehicle back and after a few days noticed a huge oil spot in the garage. Called the dealership and they claim no open appointments until Tuesday a week away. After complaining to the office ,The staff told her to bring it up , but when she does they act like they didn't tell her to bring it up being rude about our concern. I called and spoke with Chuck at 1200pm. He said Vince would call me after lunch , Vince never called so at 4 I called , no answer. At 5 He left a long rude voice message on my phone saying they never found any issues with the cv shafts that they just replaced or any oil leaking. That was Friday Feb 21. Saturday Feb 22. The tech David found the oil leak caused by the previous repair. They failed to take responsibility for this mistake costing us time and money. Save yourself a huge hassle and drive elsewhere to purchase vehicles And have them serviced.

Thunder rays was very courteous the whole time and worked as quick as possible to correct the issue. Thunder rays even went out of their way to talk to the other repair shop to get them to foot the bill for the issues they created when they tried to fix the car in the first place. The second day, I called and left a message. No response from either day. I looked on their website to see if they were closed down for any reason and there is nothing to indicate that they were on vacation, family emergency, etc. I hope everything is well but in this day and age it is too easy for people to communicate.
