They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. Unfortunately I had to take my keys, and drop off my rental before coming back to take my car afterhours. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove. I left them a voicemail immediately asking them to call me back so we can resolve this issue. A full week has passed with no word from them. What has been unfortunate with our experience is the lack of communication. The first day, I left a message via phone call, in addition, sent an email to schedule service. The second day, I called and left a message. No response from either day. I looked on their website to see if they were closed down for any reason and there is nothing to indicate that they were on vacation, family emergency, etc. I hope everything is well but in this day and age it is too easy for people to communicate. From my end, I am thinking that they have enough customers and don't need anymore. Or, they just don't care. Time to move on to someone who would like to have our business.

Since I was introduced to Gordy's a few years ago it's the only place I've gone to for car care. I've never felt my vehicle was in better hands, and they leave you with the impression that they care about giving you a good deal and not charging you to fix anything you don't need done. They have always been good about timely service as well, whether it's a scheduled appointment to get something fixed, or an emergency fix. In personal experience I've had to be towed to Gordy's twice when my car died, and they've sent me on my way fixed up later that same day.
