Also did not give me my parking ticket I had to pay and texted me on Facebook messenger 2 days later about how they had my parking ticket; the police said it should have been in my car. Tony and the mechanics at Rich's did a great job and since it was taking a little longer than planned, they provided a free rental car. When the car was done, it ran perfectly. They said they guaranteed their work and if anything happened to bring it right back in. So a few months later something a bearing or something needed to be replaced and I think something with 'struts'. It had nothing to do with the work Rich's did - it was warranty work. Rich's worked with the Ford dealer, took my car there and got it back in two days. I didn't have to do a thing. Needless to day, the service and expertise there is top notch! They have a very comfortable clean office. You don't mind waiting here at all. They have some pictures hanging on the wall that looked like they had a story behind each one. The office is decorated very well. There was also two well behaved dogs in their own gated section of the office. There is a tv to keep you occupied. Scott wrote up the estimate he is very thorough and detailed. He is also very knowledgeable about the repairs and car insurance companies. They even had a gift for first time customers that brought their kids! 1 free Hot wheel! You don't see or experience great customer service much anymore but this place gave it all! However, when I got my new car I kept having a light come on indicating something was wrong whenever I put gas in my car. I thought it was the cap, and replaced it, but that wasn't the issue. I took it to A&M and was told that a sensor in my fuel system was bad and agreed to them replacing it. A week went by and it came one again, so I went back. Mike told me that the sensor they got was bad and replaced that one. A couple of weeks go by and the light came on again. I decided to take it the dealer who informed me it was the sensor A&M replaced. I informed him that A&M replaced that sensor not once, but twice, to be told that the sensor in my car was indeed the original sensor from 2018. I was charged over $300 to replace a sensor by A&M only to find out that they never even touched my car. After experiencing such good and honest service for the few years I dealt with them I was extremely disappointed to find out that they became dishonest and shady.

Allen (service tech) balanced the tires and additionally did the alignment to factory spec.
