My 2008 Holiday Rambler motorhome suddenly overheated as I was driving on I90 East and I had to pull to the side, with very little shoulder. Interstate answered my call quickly and dispatched a tow truck which arrived about 30 minutes later. Kaine was my tow truck guy and he was awesome. He knew how to tow my class A diesel pusher (big rigs are just more complicated than towing a car). He was cool and calm, and was very patient and helpful as I corralled my cat in a carrier and dog and moved them into the tow truck. Interstate helped me identify the nearest shops who work on diesel motorhomes and called to confirm that they had space to bring my rig in. They were willing to drop other things on their agenda to two my truck. I told them just whenever in convenient for them. The next day my truck was on its way to a shop. They are affordable as well. The price I was charged to tow from Cleveland to western Indian I'm not complaining. They are very key on communication. I received pics of my truck on the tow rig and a phone call from the driver telling me he's hooked up and about to roll with my truck then when he made it to the destination I received a phone call from the driver letting me know he made it safe and sound to the shop I chosen. Drove in from Indy to Summit Motorsports Park for a drag race event. Called the guys there for an axle seal repair on our JFR transporter. Needed it fixed ASAP to be able to get our transporter back rolling Sunday morning. The mechanic worked late, made multiple trips to the dealer for parts. And got us the truck back Saturday afternoon! Stand up company and dedicated workers! Needless to say I will always call Interstate while in Norwalk for any of our truck needs! read more

I had another tow company lined up to bring my tractor to Ohio Peterbilt in Youngstown when the opened. However, they called back and said that they would be delayed about three hours. I then called Interstate and was told that they would be able to get me there when I needed. The gentleman arrived, hooked up the tractor, and we got to the shop shortly after they opened. We called Johnny's ( an interstate towing service) and got a real person who had someone out within a half hour! (This was late on a Sunday night after having waited 4 hours for another company who we first called and was a no-show!!). Scott, the tow driver flatbedded our car and got us safely home within an hour from our call. He was friendly and capable- just what we needed at 3 am after sitting on the highway. Lesson learned. Had a flat tire on my truck while hauling livestock from Ohio to NY. Cody from Interstate came out in the pouring rain and pitch dark early morning hours to help. I didn't have a spare that would be big enough to haul the weight of the trailer so he had to patch the tire. Took him a while due to faulty patch tools, but he stuck with it and got me on my way. I even made it to NY on time. I can't recommend him enough! read more

The guy who towed my vehicle was excellent but the customer service person who answered the phone was a little rude. She hung up the phone in my face while I was still talking, but I didn't call back to address it because my business was done on that end. Other than that I received excellent service from the tow operator and he had quite a sense of humor, which brightened my day. Shout out to the tow guy! read more

Tow truck driver ready nice and worked to get the job done safe. Will definitely call on him again. The only problem was when I went to pay the bill the lady was extremely rude and if I was not an honest person I might have been able to leave with out having to pay the bull due to the dispatcher no interest in paying the bill?????? My son avoided an accident and ended up in a ditch on 90 west. It was during rush hour and traffic was really heavy. We called interstate towing after the company that our insurance company linked us with quoted us a 2 hour wait time. Had to move a car that had wheels locked up. First driver stated he didn't want to take a chance with a flatbed. Second driver came out right away with different equipment and got the car moved. Flat tire on the Ohio turnpike. State safety patrol called interstate as the rental car assistance and AAA service vendors wouldn't come to the turnpike. Interstate was there a few minutes before their estimated time and changed the flat quickly. Very nice guy. read more
