I was initially impressed with the free towing of my pickup when my starter went out. It was repaired with no problem. However, I took it back to Greer when I had some other issues with my truck due to overheating. I was told I needed a new intake manifold, so I was quoted $1500. Then I received a call that it was going to cost more, around $600, due to labor hours, because they ran into issues. So long story short, the truck was not completely repaired correctly, and I had to keep putting antifreeze in it as there was a leak somewhere. So, someone must not have known how to work on a Ford because now I have a blown head gasket, and the vehicle is dead. Since Greer's mechanic had the engine completely torn down to fix an issue, everything should have been checked. In my opinion, they threw it back together when they "ran into issues" and did not know how to fix a Ford. All someone had to do was let me know what the problem was, or if it was more than they could handle.

When we went to pick up car ,the bumper was loose, so we left it. The next day we picked it up and on driving home we heard a noise in the front end. After checking the car we found the passenger doors were not lined up and the hood did not close right. Took it back to address the noise and fix other issues. They kept the car for several days and took it to another shop and then called to tell us it was fixed. Ended up taking it back three times and never fixed so we took it to a ford dealership.
