Today was the last straw... I rented a trencher for half a day just past noon and new it would be close for 430, and told them so. I called on my way at 425 and was told I would have to bring it back Monday as she had already closed the gates. When I got there at 435 Donna was there and did nothing but frown at me... I unloaded the trailer, moved the trencher to the door while she walked over and closed the gate with my truck inside. She then told me I owed them some courtesy. The courtesy was that I paid $111.00 for a 3 hour rental with attitude and unloaded it myself!! This will be my last time as they (Donna) simply have no understanding of customer service. They make you feel as if you were doing them a favor to rent from them. Next time I will drive down to the tool rental at home depot in Blairville. The trencher is $30 cheaper, brand new and the lights on the trailer actually work. They also stay open later and on weekends. If you want a business that is 9-5 M-F with no hassles, then get out of tool rental!

The two technicians arrived within the time frame promised and quickly assessed and fixed the problem. We gladly paid the weekend rate to get our water restored, but Miller warned us in advance of the rate and gave us the option of delaying until Monday. so, no surprises. All in all very responsive and got our water running quickly. I highly recommend this company - excellent service and very reliable.

A good Samaritan stopped to lend a hand and recommended Gary's Garage Mobile Service. Gary responded quickly, secured the parts, replaced the radiator, and had me back on the road within a few hours.
