Rented the machine for a full 24 hour day plus $90 for delivery and pickup! After they pick up the machine at the end of 24 hours, they later called and to charge me $30 /hr. for the 3 hours that I went over 8 hours! First time I'd been told a day of rent only lasted 8 hours! So $90 more plus $48 for 8 gal. of fuel, plus tax plus 4% processing fee was add to my credit card. Also I was supposed to get the machine delivered first thing in the morning, but it didn't arrive until noon! Not a happy camper with these people!

Service Master was just wonderful from my first call to them to the final repairs. We had a ice…read moremaker line break and had no knowledge it was flooding our kitchen until the water was dripping from our unfinished garage ceiling below. I called Service Master and Matt came right out tbe following day. He accesed the issue and advised our flooring had to be removed and 3 cabinets repaired. He quickly jumped into action, with the help of his crew and got everything removed and left us with a partial floor and a utility sink. It took a bit of time by time our Insurance sent us the claim money and the construction completed. Dan was the contractor who handled all that.
