Under our understanding of the agreement, the remaining 33% was to be paid after the rough inspection was completed and passed\. We completed the work and passed the rough inspection\. The remaining payment was not made, and the contract was later terminated\. As a result, we were left with unpaid time, labor, materials, and other project\-related expenses Approximately a year and a half later, we were contacted regarding a licensing matter\. We provided our New Hampshire license and the requested documentation\. Our license had been issued in 2024, approximately one year before we began the project in 2025\. After reviewing the information, an investigative paralegal informed us that no further discussion with us was needed. These events were frustrating from our perspective, particularly because we understood that the remaining payment was tied to completion and passage of the rough inspection We recommend that contractors document all payment terms, inspection requirements, licensing information, and termination provisions in writing and retain records of all related communications Based on this experience, we would not choose to work with Anh L\. I have been to 4 appointments here for lower back pain. The first was a consultation, and I waited…read moremore than 90 minutes to be seen, and was seen only after I complained. the second appointment was cancelled by the office with less than a day's notice. The third went normally. The fourth and last was again cancelled by the office with less than 24 hours notice. It was supposed to be the RFL procedure. I had been told that I needed to book this on one of 2 days/week when my doctor was in this office (they have 4) and that I also needed a driver. When I showed up I waited more than a half hour, to finally be taken to a room where a nurse took my blood pressure, gave me the same instruction form they had already given me 2 weeks prior, and told me to schedule my next appointment for the procedure! I never saw my doctor. I told them I would rather be in pain for the rest of my life than come back, as they were clearly either incompetent or committing insurance fraud. My time and my driver's are also valuable, and now we had both taken time out of work for no reason. The worst part is they tried to blame me for the error, when it was clearly the office that made a scheduling mistake! One issue is understandable, but almost every appointment was messed up! DON'T GO HERE!

Just had my first appointment and cannot say enough great things about this facility. From my…read morefirst phone call to meeting the Doctor everything went smoothly. I was in serious pain and was seen on the same day I made the call, that in itself is amazing. Upon arrival, the staff was professional and very concerned about my condition. They listened closely as I described my ailment and told me everything that they were doing. When Dr. Blake came in I was very nervous and she recognized my heighten state. She took her time examining me and throughout the process she remained very calm and explained what she was doing. She gave me her diagnosis along with a follow-up treatment plan. The staff then proceeded to take care of all the follow-up appointments needed, from booking my MRI to calling my PCP to get prior approval. That has never happened to me with any other Doctor's office. Usually I'm the one making all the calls. I wish I could give Boston Pain Specialist a perfect 10 but 5 is the highest on Yelp. I totally recommend them if you are looking for caring and professional people.
