My wait time in his waiting room prior to my appointments was never very long - you were taken to an exam room at you appointment time and never had to wait there more than 5 or 6 minutes before he would come in to see you. I was saddened to learn he was retiring this year but he deserves it as he is a hard working, dedicated doctor who really cares about his patients. Additionally, they can draw blood and take x-rays right on the premises, so you don't wind up running around town. I've been going there for years and I've always been treated respectfully. They seem to appreciate the fact that my time is valuable and I rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to see my doctor. I would describe the operation as having a culture of customer service.
