I used to like shopping here, but after my last visit, I don't really feel like going back. The customer service seems to be getting worse. It's a shame since their prices are decent. I took a trip there to try and find some lingerie. Ordinarily I'd at least be greeted. But I figured it's fine since the shop was busy anyway. Problems arose when I wanted to try on something (like a lace babydoll). I tried finding a size, and they were all sold out. So I try on this one cute set. It doesn't fit. I ask if they have a bigger size, and she said there's one. But then she tried to assure me that it wouldn't fit and that I couldn't try it on. I got annoyed and left. I would have liked to have been the judge on whether or not it fit. But I wasn't given the option. I felt almost rushed out of the store. But it's fine if you don't want my money. I'll gladly take my business elsewhere, even if it means paying more to get quality undergarments. read more

I love it they're selection is great and the prices are affordable..they have sexy outfits and all kinds of swimwear most importantly g string bikinis that's my girlfriends favorite. around here that's pretty hard to find but not anymore and that just added so much more excitement to our lives..i totally recommend this place to anyone who loves lingerie and just overall a very healthy love life. This place is great with the inventory they have available! Very reasonable prices. Good customer service. Reason for the 4 stars, the bras for the more full breasted ladies, are cheap. Every bra I've bought from there the wire always seems to start poking me in the arm pit. Surprisingly the selection of bras for D+ and higher is cute! But too good to be true, I still have to stick with the plain, thick strapped ugly ones :( read more

I lost my receipt came back 3 days later for a size exchange and they would not exchange the items. The tags were on them and unused. You can shop at jcpenny and other major stores where you don't have to deal with this unfair policy. I will not be shopping here ever again. read more

I love this store. It's located on the upper level of the Westfield West Covina Mall near Best Buy. They have a wide variety of bras, panties, lingerie and sleepwear. They sell corsets and different costumes... basically a lot of sexy thangs to get the juices flowin! lol The staff is super nice and helpful. Prices are affordable. This is a great place to buy an outfit for V Day, Halloween, or simple intimates for everyday wear. read more

I love this store but always have the absolute worst experience when it comes to customer service. I asked one of the workers if they had a specific bra size and the lady said "I dont think so" looked at a bra and walked away. I would love to give the store a better score based on the product, but having horrible customer service really changes my mind about shopping here. Just got back from a visit from the West Covina mall...heard from some friends there was this store that sold good bras at a good price. Lets just say, i walked outta that store with a bag full of bras for about 70 bucks! sooo good im a huge fan of this place and i WILL be coming back as often as my wallet allows me :) its worth it to say that if you are big chested like myself, they have PLENTY of beautiful sexy bras for you too...I searched hi and lo for my size 34 DD and almost gave up. Good thing i came here they had a big selection. As soon as I got home, i took my old ugly bra off and put on my new 34 DD Lace sexy bra and i feel wonderful! The lady who helped me was wonderful also NOTE: they do NOT have dressing rooms!!!!! yup you read that correctly...they do not allow you to try them on BUT what I did was head to the nearest bathroom, try on my bras and went back to exchange 1 that didnt fit to well...they allow Exchanges and returns on bras but not for undies/panties (for obvious reasons).... Amazing and very reasonable priced items here and they constantly have different sales throughout the store! Im always greeted by staff and feel comfortable shopping in there. I cant tell you how many other stores in the mall I feel like the workers follow you around but here they don't they make sure your actually finding everything you need because they have such a big selection and multiple styles of everything. I love that they have a fitting room because many items are final sale as they should be for health reasons. I buy all my bras here and for the price I always thought the wire would come out but that hasn't happened. They always have 1 dollar panties and buy one get one free on certain bras and their sale rack is always well stocked which means things are constantly marked down. I love shopping here! read more

Really annoyed with this store, I've been shopping here for awhile my experience has been ok until tonight. I bring my daughter who is 2 almost 3 with me, and needs to be in a stroller her stroller is a small one so I can maneuver in between the racks with out bumping into anything. I was shopping and half way into the store the owner stops me and tells me, I am not allowed to bring the stroller in any farther. Really? Wtf? Ok that made me really annoyed she wasn't pulling anything off the racks and she was being good, then I look up and see a no stroller sign. I couldn't believe it, I was so shocked I just told her I wasn't shopping their anymore and neither is my friend. What I'm I gonna do with my child? Leave her outside? Ok no! And I am not gonna take her out either b/c then she would make a mess. The store is small i will admit to that. I have been in the store before w/the same stroller and has been fine. I'm just shocked b/c I've never seen or heard of that before. read more
