It's a good shop to find some nice clothes and some great shoes. I took my little man for a Camo Sweatshirt where other places didn't have it, not even the Addidas store. Even thought it was a little big for him he still wanted it. The Gentlemen in the front desk was very helpful and told us about the offers they had. They also carry some nice Shoes I hadn't seen for a while anywhere else. I just wish there was a bit more help in the store but it seemed like they were busy. They close early every night.. I've tried to come in multiple times from 6-7:30pm and they are already closed and shut down registers. This is ridiculous. The mall is open until 8pm, they should be open until then. Also, workers are rude. It's a pacsun.. no need to be disrespectful to customers paying your commission. As a previous retail employee, I would never treat anyone this way or shut down my registers hours before closing. It's your job to be there. read more

Luis was extremely helpful. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted and Luis asked me if I need help. He helped me find my sizes and got a fitting room started for me. Luis also informed me of all the sales going on, which made me buy more than I anticipated. He was a great help and because of my experience with him I was come back and shop here. I personally like shopping here. They have pretty good selection of clothes and the sales are always great. They always have the BOGO deal , so make sure to check weekly or every couple weeks. They have good selection of shoes too .... even though i have yet to purchase a pair from here since im usually at foot locker or nike store instead. Anyway stop by and check it out. Seriously, they have a great staff but I cannot stand their manager. She is annoying and pushy, if I wanted to buy something I would. I put an item on hold as I was shopping for a gift & wanted to see if I could find anything else, I came back to buy another item and she was so rude about me changing my mind. She should rethink her job choice if she's going to be rude and does not know how to properly phrase things when she tries to up-sell her clients. I also asked her a question regarding the small and she was rude once again. If you're going to be the most unpleasant person that is a part of the staff at a store, you really should not be a manager. read more

I love stopping by this shop each time I'm at this mall. I love that they make their promotions and specials very visible. I notice that this store tends to be well organized. A little crowded and not as spacious as the Brea store, but that's ok. The staff are always welcoming whenever I stop by. I wish the fitting rooms were in a small hallway in the back like most places. It's just weird how they're outside near the women's section. I bought a t-shirt here. Just the fact that I had a gift card and tried using it in the store and I knew it worked and I'm 100 percent the guy at the register didn't know how to do his job neither did he know what was on sale . I love PacSun; their jeans and joggers are my favorite. What isn't my favorite is one particular female employee of Hispanic descent who was just downright rude when I asked to try on something. She wears a shit ton of lipstick and gives one hell of a stink eye. Ok I get it, you have a job at West Covina mall and not Rodeo Drive, but an attitude adjustment is really all I ask for. I never like making purchases if I feel like I'm not welcome. And a friendly tip to whoever plays the music in the store, try lowering that shit so that rude employees can hear me when I talk to them. read more

The best store in the area. I visted on 11/21/16. Everything was very organized and clean .The people their were really hospitable, especially a young gentlemen named "Jasso". He was super helpful and attentive. He gave me the run down on all the deals and helped me pick out some snazzy outfits. Will definitely be back to this location. read more

I can't believe how poor the customer service here was. I came in to buy some clothes and felt like I was being watched by one of the employees, it was a girl. I get that people steal from PacSun, but I wasn't acting suspicious and was literally browsing the store. She gave me the dirty eye the whole time and when I went to buy an item she was really smug with me. She even held up my $5 And $20 bill to make sure it was real... like that's taking it too far. The manager candice is the most rude, disrespectful employee I've ever came across. When i came in to do a return she gave me the worst attitude. She made me feel very uncomfortable. First off I LOVE pac sun but I have never been more disappointed than I was today. There were two young ladies working today. I had a few things to try on. I asked for a fitting room and the girl (wearing a hat and dark heavy makeup ) was just so rude. Not a single smile or you're welcome. I then was rung up by the other girl. Super friendly...she was probably new. But still so helpful. As I walked out i saw the mannequin had a romper I wanted to try on and knew I would buy it. I asked the dark makeup girl if I could try it on (because it was the only size small they had). She was not having it. She rolled her eyes and said "the problem is you just want to try it on.." she just had the ugliest attitude. Like hello...your job is to sell. But with that attitude I left and didn't want to try on anything else. If you don't like helping people get a new damn job! Worst service ever!
