So for the past six months I either answered my phone on speaker or if I couldn't trust what you were going to say I sent you to voicemail. Ben did not offer the lowest price but I chose him because of his detail answers and how quickly he responded to my questions. I showed up a few hours later when I got off work. Ben greeted me and was super friendly. He tested my phone before working on it to ensure I was correct about the issue I was having. He told me it would be about 30 mins to finish the repair. He was done with my phone within 20 mins. He tested my phone in front of me to show me it was working correctly. I came here to fix an iPhone 10 that was just sitting in my closet for a year with a cracked screen because I thought I'd be paying hundreds just to get it repaired. Luckily, I discovered this place! I called and came in the same day. It was such a seamless experience. From start to finish, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. It took the repairman (who I think is also the owner) about 25-30 minutes to fix the screen and the rest of the time was spent trying on new cases and checking out. I spent a little ovsr $100 total -- $80 for screen repair, $10 for screen protector, and $10 for a phone case + taxes. They assembled everything and even put in the sim card for us. Located in a small strip center, this place does a great job with cell repairs. I was very satisfied with the service and timely fashion I got my iphone back. Came in for a screen replacement. The young man who helped me seemed very knowledgeable about the phone, and we was friendly and pleasant. He said it would be about 30-40 minutes and I could wait there if I wanted. I went ahead and dropped it off. We even chitchatted a little when I told him I recently went camping. Definitely better service than your average cell repair store. this place impressed the heck out of me. I had a Galaxy 6 that was run over. The screen was totally messed up. They took the phone in the back ... came back out and gave me the news. The broken screen was just part of the problem; the touchpad had been destroyed as well. They gave me a flat price for the repair ... and the time required to order the parts (since it wasn't simply a screen). But here's the part that blew me away. Rather than push for the sale; they suggested I contact the carrier to see if we purchased a warranty with the phone! They indicated the warranty may or may not save money depending on the deductible. Tough to argue with honest service and what I considered to be fair pricing. I'd go back in a heartbeat. read more

I unfortunately have been to a lot of repair shops and wasn't impressed but Khai is very personable and friendly. This is the third time I've visited Intouch Wireless for repairs. The first was to unlock an iPhone, the second was to replace my gf's iPhone battery, and today to fix my Nexus 5. I never bothered to leave a review until today. I cracked my screen and it was out of warranty so I did some research and ordered the parts. There was a detailed step by step instructions online. During the first reassembly the top speaker and vibrate function didn't work. I knew if I opened it to try to fix it it may cause more problems. I took the risk and on the second reassembly it didn't power up. After three tear downs and reassemblies I tapped out and sought help from these guys. After speak with the guy the said it was probably the battery that was damaged. However he didn't have it in stock and it would take about 5 days to order so he gave me the info to a wholesaler who carried the parts and said it was about $25-30. I really didn't want to go buy the battery and find out that it wasn't the problem so I went to a repair shop on westheimer and let them figure out the problem. It turned out to be the battery after all and they charged me $55. So the total cost for fixing my phone DIY and battery replacement was: $85 parts + 55 = $140 before taxes. Intouch Wireless would have charged me $120 to fix my screen. The other store that replaced my battery quoted me $155. The moral of the story is if you want to fix your phone at a reasonable price and save yourself a headaches and the run around, go to these guys. Disclaimer: They offer customers $5 off their bill for reviews on Facebook, yelp, and a Twitter if I can remember correctly. Even though there was no cost on this visit and thus I couldn't save $5, they earned a good review since they have always been helpful and honest with me. Also on this visit I saw the tech give a customer a iPhone 6 case (used) because she was having a bad month (car flooded, stolen iPhone case, and just had her cracked iPhone screen repaired). You know you're a millennial if you become super irritable and angry when you're separated from your phone. Unfortunately, this was the case for me when my iPhone 6 slid off a table, screen shattered, and was unusable for a day. Needless to say, it was a VERY annoying day. There are several "mobile" iPhone repair services around town, but I wasn't sure how trustworthy or professional they would be. Instead, I searched for an actual storefront...and Intouch Wireless was one of the first to pop up - 5 stars and all. The process couldn't have been simpler: I stopped by, slipped my poor shattered iPhone out of a plastic bag (shards and all), Khai asked for 30-40 minutes, then took the phone to the back to get started. After that, I returned to my car and spent the next 40 minutes doing whatever I could to keep myself entertained without a phone: listened to music, read my car manual, laid back in my seat and stared into my car roof, etc. I don't think I've ever been THAT bored in my life! 40 minutes later, Khai brought my phone back out - looking good as new! Initially, there were a few issues with the screen responsiveness, but Khai happily took the phone back -not once, but twice- to make sure everything was in order. I'll admit: $120 was a hefty price to pay, but Intouch Wireless's quick, friendly, and thorough service made it worthwhile... in addition to re-connecting myself to the digital world again! I've had my iPhone for the past two or three years now. A couple of weeks ago, my phone screen finally cracked while on a trip to Austin. Ben was super responsive on cost and repair time length, messaging me back within 30 minutes. Once there, he quickly informed me that my cell phone battery had inflated (which was pushing against the screen) and that it'd take an hour. Not a big deal, since I was helping my girlfriend assemble a ping pong table for her dad. Came back an hour later and the phone was repaired and practically good as new. Ben was very friendly. We even chatted about venues with ping pong tables. All in all, $86 for a cracked phone screen, no extra charge for deflating the battery, and very professional and friendly service. Why not five stars then? The new phone screen is fully functional, but it has a slight tint to it different from the original iPhone screens, so the colors have a slight blue tinge to them. I also feel like the phone's sensitivity must've changed with the new screen. When browsing the internet, having my hand along the edge of the screen prompts the phone to go to the previous webpage. Neither of things are unbearable, and I definitely appreciate the quality of work that Ben did. I just wish they could get their hands on the original Apple screens. read more

Ok so I had a iPhone 6 that wouldn't turn on and a iPhone 7 that had a cracked screen. I had taken my iPhone 6 to Apple and they told me basically I should just buy a new one ($300) so I decided to take it to intouch to see if they could fix it and boom! They were able to get it going, changed the charging port and new battery total of $90 and the phone works great again! As far as the iPhone 7 they were able to replace the screen and also working great! They were quick to respond to my quote I had asked for on yelp and were willing to do the work on the phone right then and there. I would recommend these guys to anyone! read more

This place was a savior. My wife's iPad charger cable broke in the charging port. I took it to apple and they said it's not repairable and said I would have to replace the unit. After a few hours of attempted surgery with tweezers, I was unable to make the iPad any better, and turned to yelp and picked this location for one main reason at first and that was location. The gentleman at the store was really friendly and quoted me with standard price and worse case scenario if it needed additional parts. I left there thinking hoping for the standard price and thinking most people would probably make as much as possible. The gentleman there called me to let me know the product was ready prior to the promised time and told me the iPad didn't need any additional parts.
