Whether you're going in because you're not feeling well or just want a little boost, the nurses and staff take excellent care of you, are incredibly knowledgable and make sure you leave with everything you need. They go above and beyond to make you feel valued as a customer and that goes a long way. I always feel like I'm in great hands and look forward to my bi-weekly IV's. In addition, when I've had an injury or another concern, I've been able to go in and make a game plan with the team for pain management and overall improvement of my health. What a wonderful surprise! After a rough flight to Nashville For my 40th birthday with friends and just feeling weak and drained, I was enticed by a Groupon to try this place. Immediately walking in I could tell this place was legit. Clean as can be, spotless walls and floors and a gentle spa like feel calmed my nerves about whether or not this was a good idea. Kathy was exquisite. Calming my needle phobic nerves with her experience and info on the place, how long they've been open and what they do, I knew I was in good hands. Next thing I knew I was relaxing in a cozy massage chair with a warm blanket and 1000ml of fluids, vitamin C and B12 being pumped into my veins. Thirty minutes later I was done. I haven't been taking care of myself for a few weeks. The lack of liquids took its toll and ultimately I ended up in a doctor's office. I tried to drink as much as I could to stay hydrated but I still felt lethargic and light headed. Rather than face the inevitable of having to go to the ER for fluids, I found IntraVenous Solutions. I made an appointment online and was seen the next day. The entire process was flawless. At check in I was able to go over what I needed. I wasn't over sold on anything extra or pressured to add on any services. I went in with what I wanted to do and that is what I went with. It is such a relief not to have the usual used car salesman speech when you already don't feel that great! I was checked in, put in a massage chair and greeted by a nurse. The prick of the IV was my biggest concern. As a Southern girl, I bruise easily so I expected the usual pinch and burn but I felt nothing! I even complimented her and she was so graceful about it. No, really! You are incredible! Please teach other nurses! I had my IV with B12 ready to go within minutes. I hit start on the massage chair and in 30-minutes I felt like a new person. You don't realize how dehydrated you are until you take in 1000ml in 30-minutes when apparently the usual time is an hour! Overall, the experience was wonderful. The team was so nice in offering to turn off the lights in my section even offering something to drink. The space was clean, quiet and relaxing. I will be back for sure! read more

In town for a conference for work and my body decided to be uncooperative. I am an avid believer and user of iv hydration both in the boutique setting, mobile service, and in a hospital setting. Shout out to Alive + Well and Vessel IV health in ATX for always providing a great experience. Intravenous Solutions is not a place I would recommend. The visit started decent and progressively got worse. 1. The bathroom needs to be gutted. Remodeled. Totally gross and not at all acceptable with the rest of the space. 2. I made a point to mention being a hard stick and said specifically how they always go through my foot with success. The worker with rose tattoos on her arm made no mention of not being able to do this until after she blew a vein in my hand that swole immediately, left the needle in then proceeded to unsuccessfully stick the same hand again and NOT get a return. 3. I then requested my initial spot of the foot. To which another worker with a short bob haircut chimed in saying it was illegal and they can't do it in Tennessee outside of a hospital. This I found incredibly irritating since this was the first mention of it after saying it twice, this would have been important to note in the beginning prior to having veins blown. So I called another facility who couldn't schedule me for another 24 hours. 3. I then asked for someone more experienced to which the shorter haired woman said was the tech I already had. I made an audible grown turning back to her who already had a really gross abrasive attitude and asked what size gauge was used and to grab something smaller. It worked out but the service declined further from there. Avoid this location, bad service, and utter lack of customer care. I highly doubt any of the women working thrived in a hospital setting. And the massage chair is not enough of a bonus. Do better. read more

This was my first time experiencing IV Hydration. I went in with mild cold symptoms and received an IV bag of double Vitamin C and Zinc (the immunity boost combo.) The receptionist and NP who took care of me were absolutely awesome. I told them it was my first time and that I wasn't a big fan of needles. They were very kind and explained to me exactly what they were going to do and how I would feel. I was offered a beverage (Tangerine La Croix ) and sat in an AWESOME massage chair while my IV drip did its thing. They turned the lights low and gave me some privacy while continuing to check in on me. It's only been 5 and a half hours since my treatment, but I t h i n k I might be feeling a little bit better. I'll update this post tomorrow morning and let y'all know if I'm feeling better then! But the experience for sure was worthy of 5 stars! read more

We had a great time at this place but I gotta say, I think it was my boyfriend, friend and I that brought a lot of the fun. We had a great time hiking around with the staff. They were totally professional (enough for us) but not so much that they weren't humored by fun conversation. They gave us our privacy and closed the curtains but we had fun making them giggle talking to them THROUGH the curtain haha. One thing we all agreed on was that the nurses phlebotomy skills were FINE, but not the best. The catheters were uncomfortable going in on all of us which seems worth mentioning for an IV clinic. I'm totally used to IVs big and small too so I feel like I can take a more-than-reasonable stance on judgement. But I felt so much better after so, if you're not a sensitive baby with needles just suck it up. :) read more

I highly recommend this place if you're looking for some extra help after a night out!! I had a pretty bad hangover after a holiday party, and after trying my own home remedies to no avail, I decided to make an appointment. Kathy was my nurse and she was SO GREAT! I barely felt anything during the IV insertion and she was very fun to talk to, detail oriented, and nice. I got the Hangover Plus, as I had a splitting headache and was so nauseous I hadn't been able to hold any food down. They gave me a Gatorade & peanut butter crackers, which I was able to start eating in about 15 minutes. My headache started to go away around 30 minutes in. The chair you sit in is a massage chair, which feels great while you wait for the IV to finish (it takes about 45 minutes). The price may seem a little high, but honestly it was so worth it to not feel like garbage anymore. I would definitely come back here again! read more
