The national group gave me a zoom consult with someone on the other side of the country. She told me I'd meet the person doing the procedure once I got there for my appointment. All of this after paying a deposit. I didn't really like the prospect of this. In my opinion, if you're going to be doing any work on my body, you should probably meet me first. Genesis scheduled me for an in-person consultation. I met with the woman who did my procedure. She took a close look at the areas I wanted done, gave me recommendations, and gave me a quote. They have a partnership with a payment plan group so you can pay in installments. I was even able to get no interest for a year! The procedure itself was explained perfectly to me. Kristie made me very comfortable during, or as comfortable as one can be during coolsculpting haha. When I called a few weeks later to check in on my progress, she scheduled me to come in so she could assess me in person. I appreciate the attention they give their clients. The only thing I don't like about here is their hours and days they are open. They're open like 3 days a week and much of it is during work hours. It leaves a fairly small window to get things done. This ended up being an issue when I was trying to come back for my 3 month after photos. (And if you're wondering if coolsculpting works, yes it does. It's not a weight loss technique tho!
