He came out to reseal the area again waited the 3 to 4 days and same thing it leaked, came out resealed it and same story. My husband started calling him after he ignored my calls but he also stopped responding. Today after it rained it leaked again and my husband just had me take it to a reputable shop we've used before. They couldn't even repair it do to such a botched job. We had to incur additional expense to have it reinstalled, I have pictures and and a video of the horrible work done. DO NOT USE THE USE THEM!!!!! Our vehicle was not repaired correctly, and this issue was brought to Robert's attention at least three separate times. Each time, we were told that a part was going to be ordered to fix the problem. However, it apparently was never actually ordered. It has now been about a month, and we still have not received any update on when the part will arrive or when our vehicle will finally be repaired properly. What has been most frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. We are constantly having to call for updates ourselves because when we are told "we'll call you when the part comes in," no one actually calls. Come to find out, the part wasn't even ordered. At this point, our next step will be contacting the corporate office to file a formal complaint. We expected much better service and accountability from a company we trusted enough to return to.
