Called company on a Monday to replace my windshield . They confirmed they had my size in stock and would be able to come out the very next day to my job. They confirmed my appt window was 9am-10am. The following day the gentleman called at 11 confirming my appt time was set at 3:30pm. Good thing I was at work all day and didn't have plans to use my car. They ended up coming out at around noon as they had the availability. The gentleman was friendly and informed me of the process. He completed the job within 40 minutes and gave me follow up instructions. After he left, i realized I was never given a receipt. I sent them a text the following day and they stated they would send me one. Never did. Overall I would use them again. I haven't had any issues with my windshield. I was looking to get the chip repaired in my windshield since I didn't want it to crack and have to replace my windshield if it formed and Johnny was really honest and stated that I didn't need to repair it. The crack was not the type that was going to spread, and the cost of a replacement windshield is not that much for my car. He recommended that I not repair it, and I really appreciate that level of honesty. I still wanted the glass to be repaired, and within 30 minutes, he was there to fix it as requested. Finally got my mazda's windshield replaced and I couldnt have gone with a better company. Frank got back to me fast and scheduled me for the same day. Within 4 hours he got to my location. Unfortunately I made a mistake and texted the wrong year of the car but Frank went out of his way and instead of rescheduling me, he coordinated with Johnny to get me the correct glass. 4 pm on a Friday (of course hot weather) and Frank made it happen. The new windshield looks awesome. Perfect job. Clean. Didnt damage anything on the car.
