Everything was pretty cost efficient looking at the menu prices. Most food trucks I've seen are overpriced and have smaller portions. I didn't try everything they were cooking, but the chicken tacos were on point. Some of the best chicken I've ever tasted really. It instantly stood out when I took a bite. Idk how they got so much flavor in it. Must be triple marinated or something. There were steak and shrimp options I seen also. Diff bowls, tacos, and burrito options on the menu. A couple side items to choose from as well. The food was ready quite quickly. Everything was nice and fresh. They also had this homemade mango salsa that was ridiculously good. You could tell they spent a ton of time preparing that and everything else they had to offer. Like I said I didn't try everything, but looking forward to when I see them again. Idk where they set up at regularly, but they said you could contact them for private events if need be and gave me a card. I'm guessing they're at diff places in general. Anyways def would recommend giving them a shot if you see them out.

The meat was very flavorful and tender. They also offer wraps and bowls that looked equally as good! I look forward to trying other options on their menu.

The staff was incredibly friendly, and all of their donuts were out on display looking amazing. I love supporting small businesses, so I figured I'd give them a try. They hand-roll and fry all of their donuts in-house, and you can absolutely tell. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and made with care. I asked for recommendations and ended up getting the maple bacon and the s'mores donuts. I also had the chance to try their glazed donut and wow... that ended up being my favorite out of everything. I would honestly come back just for the glazed. It had the perfect amount of glaze -- sweet but not overpowering -- and the donut itself was thick, soft, and fluffy. The ratio was perfect. These donuts have substance. They're not the type that melt away instantly, but they're still super soft and fresh. They're exactly the kind of donuts you can actually chew and enjoy. The maple bacon was perfectly balanced with crispy bacon and just the right amount of maple, and the s'mores donut was huge, rich, and such a fun treat. I would choose these donuts over Dunkin or grocery store donuts any day. If you want something fresh, handmade, and genuinely delicious -- and want to support a small business -- The Donut Baron is absolutely worth the stop. I'll definitely be back.

My daughter got the Lomo Saltado and I got shrimp the ceviche and causa. Everything was fresh and tasty. The ceviche was missing the camote and the choclo but it was so fresh and delicious I didn't mind. Would absolutely come back again. Our server was friendly and attentive. The chef was great and came out to talk to us when I asked if they had huacatay sauce.

Nothing fancy, just really good, fresh food made to order. One of the things I loved learning about this place is that the chef actually goes fishing, and what he catches can become part of the menu. That made the experience even more special, especially because you could really taste the freshness of the fish. I had the fried fish fillet with rice, fries, and salad, and it was delicious. The fish was fresh, perfectly cooked, and I loved that it wasn't overloaded with seasoning. It had just enough to bring out its natural flavor. We also tried the chicken stir-fry, which was very flavorful. Everything we ordered was prepared fresh at the moment, and the portions were generous. And if you're wondering how much I liked it... just look at the picture of my empty plate. Definitely a little hidden gem in Cocoa Beach. We'll be back!
