I was told they do not have chocolate but have mocha which was fine with me. Then I was asked if I wanted sugar or cream which was strange because blended drinks usually do not get either. The person on the speaker did not seem to know the difference between iced and blended. Another voice came on and suggested the Frozen Mocha Swirl which sounded exactly like what I wanted. I appreciated the help ordered that with whipped cream and asked for a chocolate donut. I could not see the donut menu because a temporary sign in the grass was blocking it. I was not given a total at the speaker box. When I got to the window I was handed a blended drink with no mocha swirl and no whipped cream. I did not have time to have them remake the drink because I was on my way to work. If I could suggest something it would be to teach the difference in coffee types to all employees and include mention of what other coffee shops may call them.
