Soooo many options to choose from, I got the Philly and hibachi egg roll both were so delicious! The guy who drives/owns the food truck is so funny , and the food comes out super fast!

BBQ Brisket, Philly Cheesecake, Honey Garlic Sriracha Fries
    Earl L.

I was blessed enough to be in Warner Robins when they stopped by here. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak and BBQ Brisket with Honey Garlic Sriracha Fries and Strawberry Lemonade. I also ordered the Banana Pudding and Oreo cheesecake slices. To have such a long line in that parking lot but be so efficient and orderly was a VERY pleasant surprise! I waited I think about 10 minutes or so for my food (they make it hot and fresh to order), and it took me about 10 minutes to get to my destination from there. The BBQ Brisket one was STUFFED with tons of lean chopped brisket (I was afraid that it may have quite a bit of fat, as chopped brisket sometimes does, but there was hardly any at all!), and had I believe a Carolina mustard based bbq sauce. It would've been nice if there was more Mac and cheese, but it was yummy and flavorful. The Philly cheesesteak one had an ample amount of seasoned steak and melty provolone, and was as savory and delicious as you'd expect a cheesesteak to be. Also, I don't know WHAT dipping sauce came with it (it looked like part ranch, part sweet Thai chili), but it was absolutely DELECTABLE! The banana pudding cheesecake was EVERYTHING that I hoped it would be - the perfect combination of my 2 favorite desserts, banana pudding and cheesecake. It had more Nila wafers than some banana pudding's that I've tried, and it was flavorful without being too sweet. The strawberry lemonade was HUGE, and had real strawberries in it! The tartness of what tasted like homemade lemonade paired perfectly with the sweetness of the strawberries. All in all, I am SO glad I believed the hype on Facebook and checked them out. If they are EVER in your town, give em a try - your tastebuds will thank you!!!

Went to the Middleburg truck today for the first time, and we were really looking forward to it. We waited in a long line to order and then another long line to pick up our food. We ordered the Philly, the Burger Mac, and two Hibachis. I'm honestly a little disappointed to say everything lacked flavor. The fries were good, and the fried batter on the egg rolls was nice and crunchy, but the fillings really needed seasoning. You're basically forced to rely on the sauces, and the yum yum sauce was extremely sweet while the sweet chili sauce didn't pair well with any of the rolls. It'll be a one-and-done visit for us, but I rely on honest reviews when choosing where to go, so I wanted to share mine. The concept is great and you clearly know how to deep fry well--adding more seasoning to the food itself would make a big difference.

    Galbi and Soul Food eggrolls

As far as Food trucks go, an amazing variety to choose from. My husband really liked his Galbi and Soul Food Eggroll, plus lemonade (they put strawberries in it-which he's allergic too). I had the Galbi and Birria Eggroll, plus garlic parm fries. The portions are big. I did not enjoy the eggrolls, even though I was super excited to try them. They were ok. The fries were great and no one ended up drinking the lemonade, since we asked for the country lemonade and got the strawberry. My husband is not one to return things... The eggrolls to me were similar to Chili's southwest eggrolls. So if you like those, you'll definitely like these. For me, they were true fried eggrolls, with crunch.

Brisket and the southern with ONLY a few Honey sriracha fries left because they were so good!

Eggroll food truck = a fun and exciting foodie find! They offer over 20 varieties of eggrolls plus seasoned fries (only $2 for a generous portion). We tried two mix-and-match combos: Buffalo Chicken and Brisket with Parmesan garlic fries, and Southern and Philly Cheesesteak with honey sriracha fries. Every eggroll was packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and seriously satisfying. All four were delicious, and the portions were huge--more than enough food for two people. The staff was super sweet, and you can tell real care goes into the food. Great value, great flavors, and definitely worth the stop. I regret I only have an after the fact pic but their pics online are accurate!

I ordered phill cheese steak and pulled pork with the side of garlic parmesan french fries and the Famous strawberry lemonade it was good too oily for me and the drink is too sweet for my taste but boy the line is too long even the temperature is striking People are lining up to grab a bite !

So we ordered up two mix and match plates. Too much food. Gyro was not good. Taziki sauce tasted like ranch dressing. Chicken fajita roll with the cilantro avocado creama was very good Fries were good and crispy. The Philly cheesesteak roll was also very good. This place ain't cheap or quick. We ordered the cheesecake but were not charged or given it. It was in the screen the. It wasn't. Not sure what happened. Not sure I would go back. My wife did the next day.

    Lots of options!

I was simply trying to run to the hardware store when I spotted this truck and a line in the parking lot. Was I planning on eating lunch? No. Did I even make it to the hardware store? Also no. But man was this stop completely worth throwing my DIY dreams and diet out the door. I ordered the falafel and the veggie stir fry. I was not excited about the stir fry because the description seemed pretty boring, but man was I glad I ordered it. It was bursting with flavor! The falafel was also good, but it came with a side of ranch, not tzatziki, which was weird. What took me by surprise was how not greasy it was. I was kind of expecting a mess and dripping oil, but it was not at all. The egg roll shell was thick and crispy and the filling was not full of oil. I ran home to pick up my daughter and bring her back and she ordered the lasagna and cubana rolls. She loved the cubana. She thought the pork was excellent and loved the addition of the sweet plantains inside the roll. She did say the rolls were not balanced on each half. She had a plantain on one half, but none on the other side. She also noted that all of the cheese was in one half of the lasagna roll as well. I didn't have that issue with mine. They were still great. The mango pineapple tea was refreshing and not too sweet. I had zero room for dessert, but I will be back to try that banana pudding cheesecake.

We found this food truck on Facebook, it was located at the Walmart parking lot when we got there there was a long line we ordered we got the mixed egg rolls you get two one was a seafood and the other was a Philly it was $18 and fries . We also got two pieces of cheese cake that was better than cheese cake factory everything was delicious. 10/12/25

My partner saw this was gonna be close by and heard the hype so we went and were not disappointed. I got the mix and match Chicken Philly Cheese and BBQ Pulled Pork. He got the Philly Cheese Steak and Korean BBQ Beef. We also got Honey Garlic Sirachi fries to share and a strawberry lemonade each. Everything was amazing. It's a bit pricey but they have amazing food will totally be back. The staff were awesome and pretty fast with the continuing traffic they were getting. If the World Famous Egg Rolls truck is near definitely go and check them out. Forewarning the menu is quite large and can be a bit overwhelming but one you take a bit you'll forget everything else.

My little grandson was patiently waiting in line to get some delicious hibachi egg rolls. They were soooo good, you have to try them!

Food is creative and delicious!! There is something for everyone, try it, you'll love it

The burger had great flavor and a bit of char, the way a good burger should. The hot dog was exactly what you'd expect, no complaints, and the Philly was honestly excellent! It was flavorful and wrapped up neatly. There's seating if you want to eat in, but the takeout boxes are basically plates, which is super convenient if you're eating on the go or back at work. Nice little detail that made a difference. One quirky touch I wasn't expecting was the fortune cookie that comes with the meal. Definitely unexpected for this type of food, but fun. I'd love to know the story behind that if there is one. The space itself is pretty cool. They've really committed to the hero theme with comic-style art and superhero details on the ceiling. It gives the place a unique vibe. Everyone was polite, though a bit more warmth or a quick hello when you walk in would make the experience feel more welcoming. No one was at the front when I arrived, so there was a bit of an awkward pause, but not a big deal. Overall, great food, creative space, and definitely worth a visit. I'll be back.

However they didn't out any condiments or utensils or napkins in the bag. I am just moving in so I needed those items. Food: I ordered the following... Wings with medium buffalo sauce - they were ok. Nothing special. Short on sauce. They also didn't add any ranch or blue cheese. Would not order again. 2/5 Philly cheese steak eggroll- these were fire!!! This is the main reason I am giving them a 3 and not less. This is also the reason I would return to this place. It comes with 3 eggrolls that were crispy and a little chewy too, which I loved. They were packed with meat and came with firecracker sauce on the side. So good!!! 5/5 Broccoli bites - these were hot and fresh, which I appreciate, but I asked for ranch on the side and they sent firecracker sauce. Not a fan of the sauce, so maybe I would have enjoyed these better if they had ranch. 3/5 Kids mini hit dog platter - this was a good serving of fries and mini hot dogs that my kiddo loved. Just wish they would have given us ketchup or mustard or something. 4/5 Carrot cake cheesecake - sooo good!! It is exactly what it sounds like, a lay of cheesecake, and layers of carrot cake. It's was a great combination and a new favorite dessert for me. 5/5 Overall: I really liked a few things and some were a miss. The part that ruined our dinner is being new here and not having a stocked kitchen yet. Then they didn't send condiments or getting the requested ones wrong. I will try again, but I will go in person. Plus I NEED more of those eggrolls in my life

The service was good, 2 people working and they weren't slacking. It seating was good, plenty of room. Handicapped accessible. Plenty of parking. I thought the price was a little high, but when I saw my sub it was well worth it. Highly recommend.

**INITIAL REVIEW**…read more Out of all the sub and hoagie restaurants located within southern Brevard County, specifically Palm Bay, Malabar, and Bayside Lakes, the one location that is both historic and iconic is Mash Hoagies (which I will shorthand simply to Mash for the remainder of this review). Mash has been in the same location for literal decades in the Palm Bay West just north of Winn Dixie (soon to be Aldi) and Little Ceasar's. First and foremost, Mash isn't the most visually-appealing place to eat. The dining room setup and colors are definitely out of the 70s, the time when the show the restaurant is based on, M*A*S*H*, came out. The walls right above each both showcases handdrawn charicaures of the actors in character. The cleanliness of the restaurant is up-to-par but more on the lines of better than fast food but just as good as fast casual. What makes Mash one of the best places to get your hoagies are three things: the family friendliness, the better-than-fair prices, and the overall deliciousness of the food. As an example, I will describe one of my orders with them, the "Italian Special" known as the Hawkeye. Named after the character, Hawkeye Pierce, played by Alan Alda and Donald Sutherland, the footlong sandwich consists of ham, capicola, salami, and provolone. You can load any sandwich to the brim with basic ingredients with premium ingredients costing a little bit more. But for $12 for a homemade behometh of a sandwich that is sure to feed a regular person three meals a day, it is a delicous steal. Add on top that the staff is friendly and sometimes will have a nice conversation with you while they make your sandwich. As mentioned earlier, Mash is homegrown with multiple decades serving the community. They have developed a family feel that has kept them more than alive and kicking through the highest highs like when Palm Bay West was the "it strip mall" for Palm Bay (because it was the only major strip mall in Palm Bay) to downward slumps like the (illegal?) pandemic. My suggestion is Carissa. She is very kind and she's been the one to make my sandwich almost every single time I have been there since I started Yelp (Eliting!). I must stress that overall, Mash does not have "the best" particular sandwich I can think of off the top of my head, but they are more than satisfactory and acceptable. For example, I can name a couple of Cuban restaurants that do better Cuban sandwiches than Mash (Hemingway's Tavern and El Ambia for example), but you can't go wrong if you want a Cuban from them either for convenience, price, etc. Given the many times I have been here pre-Yelp as well during my Yelp career, I am going to give Mash a five-out-five star rating. They've always been delicious with good food, good prices, and good service. As for restaurants within Palm Bay West, you can't go any better.
