I've had a lot of deep tissue massages, and Kate's are truly excellent. Somehow she manages to work out trigger points and deep tension while still keeping things very relaxing. However, the absolute highlight of my work with her has been the addition of craniosacral therapy to all of my massages, and it really compounds the benefits. I struggle with some neurological issues due to chronic illness, and her work has done everything from relieving headaches and neck pain to reversing neuropathy and keeping it at bay between flare-ups.
