Jenny's massages are consistently the best I've ever had. She had a really skillful and empathic touch. 10/10 would recommend.

She acquired her practice from my former massage therapist and I thought I would give Jenny a try.

He is intuitive and knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. He was incredible with my boy Atlas and sensitive to his needs. A baby whisperer :) During my pregnancy I wanted to relax and prepare my low back (which had had previous trouble) and pelvis for the birth and I greatly credit Victors work in the water for his contribution to that preparation. I had a great labor and smooth delivery. Atlas has benefited from Watsu in his sleep patterns as well as tendencies to hold tension in certain places in his body. I also believe this work will help Atlas become more familiar and aware of his body early in life. I am a massage therapist and am always looking for people who I can reliably refer people to. Victor goes above and beyond capable and effective :) I highly recommend you try WATSU!

I felt supported by the water, the gentle expertise of Victor, and the people who joined me. I arrived to two of the sessions with pinching back pain that massage, chiropractic and acupuncture session weren't able to fully release, and the Watsu unraveled my tension. I love where the pool is located; it feels as if you are no longer in the city. The Watsu sessions with Victor were highlights of my pregnancy - highly recommend to others (pregnant and non-pregnant)!

Dr. Kelly Prill, ND is the only naturopathic physician & neurologist in Portland, OR specializing…read morein traumatic brain injury, and she's fantastic! Since seeing her, she's made a monumental difference in clarifying which dietary habits are ideal for concussion recovery, she tested my blood for any core mineral deficiencies holding me back from healing and highlighted which therapeutic supplements I needed, and she tested my hormones to double check that I have the right balance to thrive. She also does cold laser therapy (painless btw), and gentle caniosacral work. She's firm about what you need to do and has really simple, easy to understand explanations of how things work, has strong follow up, and is quite nurturing. I highly recommend her if you've had a head injury!

After reading reviews about her work with TBI , I thought it would be worth going in for a consult…read moreas I'd suffered a subdural hematoma TBI some years ago and wasn't getting a lot of advice from the traditional medical system who wanted to lump me in with the dementia and Alzheimer's patients and never gave me any practical tools for improving some cognitive issues I've been dealing with. I was a bit unsure however because her website doesn't say anything about where she went to school or types of TBIs she has worked with (and has some misspellings as well) but my wife encouraged me to have a chat with her and at least get another perspective. Unfortunately, the consult was primarily used for me to tell her about my TBI and she shared nothing about her experience working with people who had subdural hematomas and seemed to lump all TBIs in together. (Sorry but a concussion is not the same type of TBI as a subdural hematoma where they drilled a hole in my skull and I had to relearn to walk and talk). The only thing I could get is that she wanted to check my hormone levels (which I told her has already been done) and talk about dietary issues (which is truly irrelevant to what I'm dealing with), and then do the hard sell to get me to buy one of her packages. Even though I never scheduled an appointment at the end, before I got home 10 minutes late she'd already - without my approval - signed me up on her "patient portal" and sent me a patient questionnaire, even though I had not agreed to become her patient! I appreciate what NDs can bring to the table but if you've had a serious TBI I cannot in good conscience say that Dr Prill is ready to take on rehabilitating patients. She seems like a nice person but upon further review we found her website says she is *going to school* for "functional" neurology (FN is not the same as medical neurology and I learned it's also simply an offshoot of the chiropractic industry...not necessarily a bad thing cannot be lumped in with regular neurology whatsoever, which TBI patients should be aware of) so it's more like seeing an intern in the FN specialty of naturopathic medicine. So this review is for TBI folks, not for regular folks looking for a ND, and should be viewed as such.

I've had a lot of massages from a lot of therapists, so I'm very particular, especially when it comes to deep pressure. I like it very deep, but it has to be skilled deep, not just someone muscling through it. After my longtime therapist at another studio left, I found my way back to The NOW and started going to the downtown location. Turned out my old therapist was at this location I was so excited because he was amazing. One day I went to book him and found he had left. I was honestly worried I'd be back to square one. Amber, the manager, stepped in and assured me she would pair me with one of their folks that specialized in deep pressure and recommended Colin. I was a bit skeptical. Let me just say, Amber nailed it. Colin is phenomenal. He is one of the best massage therapists I've had, easily top tier. I've now seen him several times, and he consistently delivers exactly what I need. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders, and he knows how to get in there with precision and intention. It absolutely hurts so good in the best possible way. Beyond the technical skill, Colin is just a wonderful human. Professional, attentive, and clearly someone who takes pride in his work. If you're someone who likes deep, effective massage and have struggled to find the right therapist, book with him if you can. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend.

Requiring customers to call and submit written notice creates unnecessary barriers and is inconsistent with the Federal Trade Commission's "click-to-cancel" rule under the Negative Option Rule. In addition, requiring a 30-day notice period results in customers being charged for an additional month even after requesting cancellation. Further, although customers have already paid for services--including those accrued during the notice period--those services are subject to a 90-day expiration. After that, they are forfeited with no refund or extension. Similar practices involving expiring paid credits have been challenged in cases involving companies such as Audible. These policies raise significant consumer protection concerns and should be reviewed.
